Abstract

This paper is an attempt to study the language atti­ tude based on the students' educational background and their programmes of study, the result of which is hoped to be some value in improving the English teaching and learn­ ing and in providing a slight information for those who are interested in elaborating further study. The completion of this paper has terminated the wri­ ter's studies at the English Department. The writer reali­ zes that this pap~r is still far from being perfect, there are still so many shortcomings inspite of having done her best. In this case, the writer always expects constructive and consultative criticism
