Abstract
Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab telah berkembang di berbagai tempat, termasuk di lembaga kursus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran bahasa Arab di lembaga kursus Al Azhar, mengetahui alih kode dan campur kode di dalam dan di luar pembelajaran, dan mengetahui sikap bahasa siswa dan guru terhadap bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi observasional. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi, wawancara, angket, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran di lembaga meliputi pembuatan kurikulum khas lembaga yang dibuat oleh direktur dan manajer lembaga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan Student Center Learning (SCL), dan evaluasi meliputi tes formatif dan sumatif. Dalam pembelajaran, ditemukan tiga wujud alih kode eksternal, 10 wujud campur kode eksternal, dan satu wujud campur kode internal. Di luar pembelajaran, ditemukan satu wujud alih kode internal, dua wujud alih kode eksternal, dan tiga wujud campur kode eksternal. Dalam pembelajaran, alih kode disebabkan oleh faktor keakraban, kejengkelan, dan keformalan, sedangkan campur kode disebabkan oleh faktor bahasa pertama penutur dan mitra tutur, keren-kerenan, keterbatasan bahasa, dan kebiasaan berbahasa. Di luar pembelajaran, alih kode disebabkan oleh faktor kesantaian, keakraban, dan asumsi, sedangkan campur kode disebabkan oleh faktor kebiasaan berbahasa dan kesantaian. Sikap positif terhadap bahasa Arab ditandai oleh tiga ciri pokok, yaitu kesetiaan bahasa, kebanggaan bahasa, dan kesadaran akan norma bahasa. Kesetiaan bahasa dan kebanggaan bahasa responden terhadap bahasa Arab sangat tinggi. Adapun kesadaran akan norma bahasa responden terhadap bahasa Arab termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. The implementation of learning Arabic has developed in various places, including in Arabic course. This study aims to determine Arabic learning at the Al Azhar Arabic course, to determine code switching and code mixing inside and outside of learning, and to determine the language attitudes of students and teachers towards Arabic. The method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative with an observational study design. The data collected in this study are the results of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The results of the study show that learning planning at the institution includes the creation of an institution-specific curriculum made by the director and manager of the institution, implementing learning using the Student Center Learning (SCL) approach, and evaluation includes formative and summative tests. In learning, three forms of external code-switching were found, 10 forms of external code-mixing, and one form of internal code-mixing. Outside of learning, one form of internal code-switching, two forms of external code-switching, and three forms of external code-switching are found. In learning, code switching is caused by familiarity, annoyance, and formality, while code mixing is caused by factors in the first language of speakers, prestigious, language limitations, and language habits. Outside of learning, code switching is caused by factors of relax situation, familiarity, and assumption, while code mixing is caused by language habit and relax situation. A positive attitude towards Arabic is marked by three main characteristics, namely language loyalty, language pride, and awareness of language norms. Language loyalty and language pride of respondents to Arabic is very high. The respondents' awareness of language norms towards Arabic is included in the high category.
