Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham di industri pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari struktur modal yang diukur dengan rasio debt to equity (DER), profitabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio return on assets (ROA), dan ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan logaritma natural (Ln) total asset. Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga saham yang diukur dengan harga penutupan saham (closing price) akhir tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi melalui jenis data sekunder yang berasal dari laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan laman resmi perusahaan yang bersangkutan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan selama tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 17 perusahaan selama 5 tahun pengamatan dari tahun 2017-2021 sehingga data observasi berjumlah 85 data. Hasil pengujian keberartian regresi menujukkan hasil bahwa model regresi memiliki keberartian sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Variabel struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sehingga dikeluarkan dari model dan diuji kembali untuk membuat model baru. This study aims to determine the influence of capital structure, profitability and firm size on stock prices in the tourism industry listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The independent variables used in this study consist of capital structure as measured by debt to equity (DER) ratio, profitability as measured by return on assets (ROA) ratio, and company size measured by natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is the stock price as measured by the closing price at the end of the year. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiable methods with quantitative approaches. The data collection technique used is a documentation technique through secondary data types derived from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the official website of the company concerned in the form of annual financial statements for 2017-2021. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with samples of 17 companies for 5 years of observation from 2017-2021 so that the observation data amounted to 85 data. The results of the regression significance test show the result that the regression model has significance so that it can be used to draw conclusions. The results of hypothesis testing show that the capital structure has no effect on the stock price, profitability has a positive effect on the stock price, and firm size has a positive effect on the stock price. The variables of capital structure have no effect on the stock price so they are excluded from the model and retested to create a new model.
