Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini terungkap bahwa manajemen layanan pembelajaran daring untuk semua sekolah menujukkan skor Weighted Means Score (WMS) dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Sementara itu, untuk dimensi kinerja guru, ditemukan bahwa SMPN 2 Bandung memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam hal kompetensi guru dan komitmen kerja. Akan tetapi pada aspek motivasi kerja, guru-guru SMPN 57 Bandung masih lebih unggul. Adapun untuk dimensi prestasi belajar siswa, ditemukan bahwa SMPN 2 Bandung memiliki keunggulan dibanding dengan dua sekolah yang lain. Secara garis besar, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara manajemen layanan pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai Pearson Correlation Test (PCT) adalah 0,756. Sementara itu, nilai PCT pada aspek kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa adalah 0,818 yang berarti korelasi yang ditunjukkan adalah sangat kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi tidak hanya kepada guru agar memiliki sikap innovativeness yang tinggi dalam melakukan eksplorasi model pembelajaran daring yang efektif, tetapi juga kepada pihak kepala sekolah agar meningkatkan kualitas layanan sekolah melalui pengembangan SDM guru-guru. Sementara itu, kepada pihak dinas pendidikan, agar memberikan intervensi berupa kebijakan peningkatan kualitas SDM guru-guru melalui sejumlah program diantaranya adalah lesson study, MGMP, dan workshop kurikulum guru-guru mata pelajaran. The finding of this study is the online learning service management for all schools showed a very high Weighted Means Score (WMS). Meanwhile, for the teacher performance dimension, it was found that SMPN 2 Bandung had better abilities in terms of teacher competence and work commitment. However, in the aspect of work motivation, the teachers of SMPN 57 Bandung were still superior. As for the dimensions of student achievement, it was found that SMPN 2 Bandung was better than two other schools. Overall, this study finds that there is a strong connection between online learning service management and student’s learning achievement based on the Pearson Correlation Test which is 0,756. Also, there is a very strong connetion between teacher’s performance and student’s learning achievement as shown by the PCT, which is 0,818. This study gives recommendations not only to the teachers to have a high skill of innovativeness in exploring effective online learning models, but also for the principal to always improve the quality of school services through the development of teachers competence. In addition, recommendation also goes to the education office in which they should provide a serious intervention by implementing some programms such as lesson study, MGMP, and curriculum workshops for teachers.
