Abstract

Khoerunisa Nurmaulida (1807470): Tingkat Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat Dalam Menghadapi Banjir di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Epon Ningrum, M. Pd., dan Ir. Yakub Malik, M. Pd. Kecamatan Rangkasbitung ialah kawasan yang sering terlanda bencana Banjir. Disebabkan aliran anak sungai Ci Ujung meluap dan naik ke permukaan dan sistem drainase kurang baik. Dampak yang ditimbulkan berupa kerugian materi, non materi, dan hilangnya nyawa. Oleh karenanya diperlukan kajian mengenai kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat mengenai bencana banjir. (2) Menganalisis tingkat rencana keadaan darurat masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. (3) Menganalisis tingkat sistem peringatan dini masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. (4) Menganalisis tingkat memobilisasi sumber daya yang dilakukan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dari 6 kelurahan di kecamatan Rangkasbitung dengan menggunakan teknik simple random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis indeks untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat indeks 69,33% (Siap), tingkat rencana tanggap darurat dengan indeks 50,17% (Kurang Siap), tingkat sistem peringatan dini dengan indeks 56,75% (Hampir Siap), dan tingkat kemampuan mobilisasi sumber daya dengan indeks 58,16% (Hampir Siap). Sehingga secara keseluruhan tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di kecamatan Rangkasbitung masuk ke dalam kategori “Hampir Siap” dengan angka indeks mencapai 60,29%. Itis caused by the flow of the Ci Ujung tributary overflowing and rising to the surface and the drainage system is not good. The impact caused is in the form of material, non-material, and loss of life. Therefore, a study of community preparedness is needed in the face of flood disasters. The objectives of this study (1) Analyze the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community regarding flood disasters. (2) Analyze the level of community emergency plan in the face of flood disasters. (3) Analyze the level of the community's early warning system in the face of flood disasters. (4) Analyze the level of mobilization of resources carried out by the community in the face of flood disasters. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative descriptive type of research. The sample in this study was 100 respondents from 6 villages in Rangkasbitung sub-district using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use index analysis techniques to measure the level of community preparedness. The results showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community index was 69.33% (Ready), the level of emergency response plans with an index of 50.17% (Less Prepared), the level of early warning systems with an index of 56.75% (Almost Ready), and the level of resource mobilization ability with an index of 58.16% (Almost Ready). So that the overall level of community preparedness in facing flood disasters in Rangkasbitung district is included in the "Almost Ready" category with an index figure of 60.29%.
