Abstract

Teknologi pemantauan modern telah berkembang pesat. Pemantauan di daerah berpenduduk menjadi salah satu masalah dalam misi pemantauan. Penggunaan Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) cukup menarik perhatian untuk dikembangkan sebagai teknologi pengawasan modern. Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menyebabkan teknologi Artificial Intelligent (AI) dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pemantauan atau pengintaian pada UAV. Salah satu permasalahan ketika video pemantauan dari UAV tidak terkirim ke Ground Control Station (GCS). Atas dasar tersebut dibuatlah sebuah wahana UAV yang diharapkan dapat melakukan misi pemantauan terintegrasi dengan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Wahana yang dibuat berjenis quadcopter yang dilengkapi dengan koneksi internet untuk mengirimkan hasil proses AI pada website sehingga tidak ada lagi video yang tidak terkirim ke GCS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Hasil eksperimen menyatakan bahwa sistem AI yang dibuat berhasil melakukan pendeteksian objek dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 76,78%. Hasil akurasi diperoleh dari perbandingan antara jumlah objek yang dideteksi secara benar serta jumlah total keseluruhan objek. Selain itu, wahana UAV mampu terbang ke area yang ditentukan secara autonomous sambil melakukan melakukan streaming sehingga pengguna dapat melihat hasil misi pemantauan pada website. Modern surveillance technology has developed rapidly. Surveillance in populated areas is one of the problems in monitoring missions. The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) has attracted enough attention to be developed as a modern surveillance technology. The rapid development of science and technology causes Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology to be used for monitoring or reconnaissance activities on UAVs. One of the problems is that video monitoring from the UAV is not sent to the Ground Control Station (GCS). On this basis, a UAV vehicle was created which is expected to carry out integrated monitoring missions with artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The vehicle that is made is of the quadcopter type which is equipped with an internet connection to send the results of the AI process to the website so that there are no more videos that are not sent to GCS. The method used in this study is experimental. The experimental results stated that the created AI system succeeded in detecting objects with an accuracy rate of 76.78%. Accuracy results are obtained from a comparison between the number of objects detected correctly and the total number of objects. In addition, the UAV vehicle is able to fly to a designated area autonomously while streaming so that users can see the results of monitoring missions on the website.
