Abstract

ABSTRAK Energi listrik yang digunakan pada kehidupan sehari-hari merupakan kebutuhan yang sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pola hidup manusia, pada umumnya konsumsi energi listrik dunia memiliki peningkatan cukup tinggi dan khususnya dalam gedung perkantoran pemerintahan yang penggunaan energi listriknya masih melampaui standar nilai Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE). Dalam upaya penghematan energi listrik agar berada distandar nilai IKE, suatu gedung perkantoran pemerintahan perlu memperhatikan penggunaan energi listrik agar biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan dapat lebih ekonomis dan tanpa mengurangi kualitas dan kenyaman pengguna, sama halnya dengan penggunaan energi listrik di Gedung DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat yang perlu memperhatikan hal tersebut. Oleh sebab itu perlu manajemen energi yang baik dan terintegrasi sehingga dapat mempermudah akses penggunaan energi secara efesien. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode explorasi studi literatur dan konservasi energi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Gedung DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan daya P2. 1.385 kVA mengkonsumsi energi listrik sebesar 835.532 kWh/tahun dengan nilai IKE 23,81 kWh/m2/tahun termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat boros dengan rentan standar > 23,75 kWh/m2/tahun, dan dilakukan simulasi implementasi hemat energi listrik menjadi 592.920,8 kWh/tahun dengan nilai IKE 16,90 kWh/m2/tahun termasuk kedalam kriteria agak boros dengan rentan standar 14,58 – 19,17 kWh/m2/tahun dengan presentasi pengheatan 23,81% sehingga menghemat tagihan listrik sebesar Rp.369.467.744 /tahun. Kata Kunci: Audit Energi, Intensitas Konsumsi Energi, Manejemen energi, Gedung DPRD ABSTRACT Electrical energy used in everyday life is a necessity that is in line with economic growth and human lifestyle, in general the world's electrical energy consumption has a fairly high increase and especially in government office buildings whose use of electrical energy still exceeds the standard value of Energy Consumption Itensity (IKE). In an effort to save electrical energy to be standardized by IKE values, a government office building needs to pay attention to the use of electrical energy so that the operational costs incurred can be more economical and without reducing the quality and comfort of users, as well as the use of electrical energy in the West Java Provincial Parliament Building which needs to pay attention to this. Therefore, it is necessary to have good and integrated energy management so that it can facilitate access to energy use efficiently. In this study, it used the method of exploring literature studies and energy conservation. From the results of this study, it was found that the West Java Provincial Parliament Building with P2 power. 1,385 kVA consumes electrical energy of 835,532 kWh / year with an IKE value of 23.81 kWh / m2 / year included in the very wasteful criteria with a standard > of 23.75 kWh / m2 / year, and a simulation of the implementation of electrical energy saving is carried out to 592,920.8 kWh / year with an IKE value of 16.90 kWh / m2 / year included in the criteria of somewhat wasteful with a standard vulnerability of 14.58 – 19.17 kWh / m2 / year with a presentation of 23.81% heat so as to save electricity bills of Rp.369,467,744 / year.
