Abstract
Analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja perlu dilakukan sebelum proyek mulai, supaya mendapatkan tenaga kerja yang efisien sesuai dengan karakteristik kegiatan proyek konstruksi sepanjang umur proyek. Proyek adalah suatu kegiatan sementara yang memiliki tujuan dan sasaran yang jelas, berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas dengan alokasi biaya dan sumber daya tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui perbandingan jumlah kebutuhan dan produktivitas tenaga kerja pekerjaan beton berdasarkan pelaksanaan di lapangan dan berdasarkan analisa dari analisa harga satuan. Hasil penelitian, Jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja pelaksanaan di lapangan yaitu pembesian 26 orang/hari, bekisting 35 orang/hari, pengecoran 13 orang/hari. Sedangkan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja hasil analisis yaitu pembesian 30 orang/hari bekisting 51 orang/hari, pengecoran 12 orang/hari, dengan persentase perbandingannya pembesian 12%, bekisting 32%, dan pengecoran 4%. Volume yang dihasilkan pelaksanaan di lapangan yaitu pembesian 171,27 kg/hari, bekisting 4,02 m2/hari, pengecoran 1,90 m3/hari Sedangkan volume yang dihasilkan hasil analisis yaitu pembesian 184,85 kg/hari, bekisting 4,22 m2/hari, pengecoran 2,36 m3/hari, dengan persentase perbandingannya pembesian 7%, bekisting 5%, dan pengecoran 19%. Durasi proyek mengalami keterlambatan dari perencanaan, durasi perencanaan yang dibutuhkan adalah 224 hari sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan dibutuhkan 280 hari. Jadi, penggunaan tenaga kerja pelaksanaan di lapangan lebih sedikit dibandingkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja hasil analisis dan produktivitas tenaga kerja pelaksanaan di lapangan lebih kecil dibandingkan produktivitas tenaga kerja hasil analisis. While the number of labor needs of the analysis results are: correction of 30 people/day formwork 51 people/day, casting 12 people/day, with the percentage of comparison 12% correction, formwork 32%, and casting 4%. Labor productivity implementation in the field are correction of 171,27 kg/day, formwork 4,02 m2/ day, casting 1,90 m3/day While the productivity of labor analysis results are: pembesian 184,85 kg/day, formwork 4,22 m2/day, casting 2,36 m3/day, with comparative percentage 7%, formwork 5%, and casting 19%. The duration of the project has been delayed from planning, the duration of planning required is 224 days while for implementation it takes 280 days. So, the use of implementation labor in the field is less than the labor needs of the analysis results and the labor productivity of the implementation in the field is lower than the labor productivity of the analysis results.
