Abstract

Kata Kunci: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Trust, Intention to Reuse ABSTRACT Dhelvianti Azni Savira (2002230) “The Model of Increasing Intention to Reuse Based on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Security mediated by Trust ”, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ratih Hurriyati , M.P. , CSBA dan Dr. Puspo Dewi Dirgantara, S.Pd., M.T., M.M. The increasing growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has taken place over the last 5 years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which took place in early 2020, resulting in an increase in the number of internet users in Indonesia. One of them is the use of the internet for transactions, making people no longer rely on cash in financial transactions, but instead use electronic applications (e-wallets). One of the electronic payment media or e-wallets that is used by the public is LinkAja. The customer's intention to continue using the application used and to make the customer feel satisfied with the services offered is called the intention to reuse. Matching performance with what is expected by the customer will give a positive impression and make the customer intend to use it again in the future. This study aims to measure how much influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have in increasing intention to reuse by mediating trust in LinkAja e-wallet users. This type of research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the IBM SPSS AMOS program tool version 26.0 for Windows with a total sample of 214 respondents using the Link Aja e-wallet. The results show that there is a positive influence between perceived usefullness and perceived security on intention to reuse through mediation of trust, but the perceived ease of use of intention to reuse through mediation of trust does not have a positive effect. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Trust, Intention to Reuse
