Abstract

Bandara Jenderal Besar Soedirman merupakan bandara kelas III C yang dibangun di Kab. Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Pada tahun 2021 Bandara ini hanya melayani penerbangan ke 2 tujuan. Dengan menggunakan pesawat tipe N-219 berkapasitas 19 penumpang yang dapat mendarat di landas pacu pendek dan hemat bahan bakar, maka bertambahnya rute penerbangan memungkinkan untuk dibentuk. Metode teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mencari jumlah bangkitan dan tarikan, dengan hasil proyeksi volume lalu lintas penumpang pada tahun 2051 mencapai 4054940 keberangkatan penumpang dan 7414468 kedatangan penumpang. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat satu zona utama dan delapan zona cakupan untuk mendistribusikan pergerakan penumpang, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Furness, Fratar, dan Detroit. Metode matriks asal-tujuan yang paling konstan dann konvergen adalah Metode Detroit dengan pesawat rencana sebanyak 18 pesawat di tahun 2051. Nilai BOK pesawat N-219 sebesar 11,806.35 per menit, nilai ATP penduduk Rp. 1,123.35/Km dan Nilai tarif WTP penduduk Kab. Purbalingga tertinggi sebesar Rp 3,176,330.38. Kata Kunci: Pergerakan, Distribusi, BOK, ATP, WTP. Jenderal Besar Soedirman Airport is a class III C airport built in Purbalingga Regency, Central Java. In 2021, this airport only serves flights to 2 destination. By using an N-219 type aircraft with a capacity of 19 passengers that can land on a short and fuel-efficient runway, the increase in flight routes allows it to be formed. The method of multiple linear regression analysis techniques was used to find the number of rises and pulls, with the results of projected passenger traffic volumes in 2051 reaching 4054940 passenger departures and passenger arrival 7414468. In this study, there was one main zone and eight coverage zones to distribute passenger movement, the methods used were the Furness, Fratar, and Detroit methods. The most constant and convergent origin-destination matrix method is the Detroit Method with 18 aircraft planned by 2051. The BOK value of the N-219 aircraft is 11,806.35 per minute, and the ATP value of the population is Rp. 1,123.35 /Km and the WTP tariff value of the residents of Purbalingga Regency is the highest is Rp. 3,176,330.38.
