Abstract

Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Indramayu perlu dilakukan mengetahui kepuasan pengguna untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan. Permasalahan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Indramayu terhadap kepuasan pengguna untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan. Metode pieces framework untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna memiliki 6 komponen penting yaitu Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, serta Service. Hasil penelitian dari enam komponen yang dimiliki pieces framework memiliki nilai rata-rata yaitu nilai performance (4,55), nilai information (4,45), nilai economics (4,55), nilai control (4,53), nilai efficiency (4,57), serta nilai service (4,52). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa evaluasi sistem informasi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Indramayu terhadap kepuasan pengguna untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan dapat dinyatakan baik, efisien serta efektif yang terdapat pada hasil kepuasan masing-masing komponen dalam kategori sangat puas. ----- Evaluation of the Information System of the Indramayu Regency Library and Archives Service needs to be done to find out user satisfaction in order to provide recommendations for service improvement. The problem of library information system user satisfaction. The aim of the study was to evaluate the information system of the Indramayu Regency Library and Archives Service on user satisfaction to provide service improvement recommendations. The pieces framework method for analyzing and evaluating user satisfaction has 6 important components, namely Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The results of the study of the six components that belong to the pieces framework have an average value, namely performance value (4.55), information value (4.45), economics value (4.55), control value (4.53), efficiency value ( 4.57), and service value (4.52). It can be concluded that the evaluation of the information system of the Library and Archives Service of Indramayu Regency on user satisfaction in providing recommendations for service improvement can be stated as good, efficient and effective which is found in the results of the satisfaction of each component in the very satisfied category.
