Abstract

Spektroskopi inframerah-dekat saat ini digunakan untuk menilai perubahan saturasi oksigen otot selama latihan. Analisis profil Saturasi Oksigen pada Otot dengan Watt ketika melakukan 515 assesment pada Atlet balap sepeda Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi pearson Product moment. Teknik pengambilan data pada Subjek yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan tabel analisis yang sudah tersedia pada aplikasi Moxy monitoring dan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Moxy. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan tingkat (Sig 0.05). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Hubungan Negatif dan signifikan antara SmO2 dengan Watt dengan besaran koefisien Determinasi korelasi sebesar 2,99% dan sebesar 97,1% dipengaruuhi variabel lain. Hal ini menunjukkan tingkat korelasi yang sangat rendah dalam analisis r bernilai Negatif yang berarti semakin tinggi Sebuah pembebanan bertahap (Watt Bike) maka semakin rendah Saturasi Oksigen pada otot. Kata kunci: High Intensity Training, Saturasi Oksigen Otot, Cycling Watt Near-infrared spectroscopy is currently used to assess changes in muscle oxygen saturation during exercise. Analysis of oxygen saturation profiles in muscles with watts when conducting 515 assessments on bicycle racing athletes in the city of Bandung. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the type of Pearson Product moment correlation research. The data collection technique on the subjects used is using the analysis tables that are already available in the Moxy monitoring application and by using the Moxy measuring instrument. This study was analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation with a level (Sig 0.05). The results of the analysis show that there is a negative and significant relationship between SmO2 and Watt with a correlation coefficient of 2.99% and 97.1% influenced by other variables. This shows a very low level of correlation in the analysis where r is negative, which means that the higher the gradual loading (Watt Bike), the lower the oxygen saturation of the muscles.
