Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan soal tes literasi dan numerasi pada topik materi sumber energi alternatif di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Pemilihan topik materi sumber energi alternatif diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu cara meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik dalam pemeliharaan alam dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil PISA tahun 2018 Indonesia menduduki peringkat bawah dalam kompetensi literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk mengembangkan soal tes berbasis literasi dan numerasi sebagai alat penilaian pembelajaran yang diyakini dapat membantu mengasah dan meningkatkan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Based Research (DBR) model Reeves. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui, studi literatur, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan uji coba produk secara berulang. Soal tes diuji coba sebanyak dua kali pada peserta didik kelas V di sekolah dasar yang berbeda di kota dan kabupaten Tasikmalaya, kemudian hasil jawaban dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan Rasch. Hasil analisis uji coba 1 dan 2 diperoleh bahwa pengembangan soal tes pada subjek 1 untuk tingkat kesulitan butir soal adalah 18,75% sangat sukar, 37,5% sulit, 25% mudah dan 18,75% sangat mudah dengan tingkat kesesuaian soal baik. Sedangkan pada subjek 2, diperoleh tingkat kesulitan butir soalnya yaitu 12,5% sangat sukar, 43,75% sulit,18,75% mudah dan 25% sangat mudah dengan tingkat kesesuaian soal baik. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa produk soal tes berbasis literasi dan numerasi pada topik materi sumber energi alternatif di kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan rasch dan dinyatakan layak dijadikan sebagai alat penilaian pembelajaran. This study aims to develop literacy and numeracy test questions on the topic of alternative energy sources in grade IV of elementary school. The selection of alternative energy sources for material topics is expected to be one of the ways to increase students' awareness in preserving nature and the environment. Based on the results of the PISA 2018, Indonesia student's reading literacy and numeracy literacy competencies ranks are very low. This is the background for researchers to develop literacy and numeracy-based test questions as a learning assessment tool that is believed to be able to help hone and improve students' literacy and numeracy competencies. The research method used is the Reeves Design Based Research (DBR). Data collection was carried out through literature studies, interviews, documentation studies and repeated product trials. The test items were tested twice on fifth grade students at different elementary schools in the city and district of Tasikmalaya, then the answers were analyzed using Rasch modeling. The results of the analysis of trials 1 and 2 showed that the development of test items on subject 1 for the difficulty level of the items was 18.75% very difficult, 37.5% difficult, 25% easy and 18.75% very easy with a good level of suitability. Whereas in subject 2, the difficulty level of the items was obtained, namely 12.5% very difficult, 43.75% difficult, 18.75% easy and 25% very easy with a good level of suitability. The final results of this study were in the form of literacy and numeracy-based test items on the topic of alternative energy sources in grade IV elementary schools which were analyzed using Rasch modeling and declared fit to be used as a learning assessment tool.
