Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembelajaran Mikro, efikasi diri dan kesiapan mengajar terhadap minat mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI untuk menjadi guru. Teori yang digunakan adalah Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan studi deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 146 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi multipel dan memperoleh hasil Y = -3,380 + 0,110X1 + 0,322X2 + 0,377X3 + e yang berarti bahwa Pembelajaran Mikro, efikasi diri dan kesiapan mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung (53,606) > Ftabel (2,67) yang artinya yang artinya regresi berarti dan dapat digunakan untuk menyimpulkan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t, variabel Pembelajaran Mikro diperoleh thitung (2,214) > ttabel (1,65558) dan nilai Sig. (0,028) < (0,05) artinya Pembelajaran Mikro berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. Variabel efikasi diri diperoleh thitung (2,405) > ttabel (1,65558) dan nilai Sig. (0,017) < (0,05) artinya efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. Variabel kesiapan mengajar diperoleh thitung (2,571) > ttabel (1,65558) dan nilai Sig. (0,011) < (0,05) artinya kesiapan mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. Adapun saran yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat menjadi guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan Pembelajaran Mikro, memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi dan kesiapan mengajar yang baik. This research examines the influence of Microteaching, self-efficacy and teaching readiness for the accounting students of UPI to become a teacher by using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the theoretical framework. This research is designed to utilize a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Stratified random sampling is used as the main sampling technique with the sample being 146 participants. The regression anlysis indicates that the result is Y = -3,380 + 0.110X1 + 0.322X2 + 0.377X3 + e which suggests that microteaching, self-efficacy and teaching readiness have a positive influence on the student’s interest to become a teacher. The F test shows that the value of Fstatistic (53.606) > Ftable (2.67) confirms that the regression value can be used to conclude the research. Based on the calculation of t-test, the microteaching variable has tstatistic (2.214) > ttable (1.65558) and the value of Sig. (0.028) < (0.05), the self-efficacy has tstatistic (2.405) > ttable (1.65558) and the value of Sig. (0.017) < (0.05) and the teaching readiness has tstatistic (2.571) > ttable (1.65558) and the value of Sig. (0.011) < (0.05), all of the above suggest that each variable positively influences the student’s interest to become a teacher.
