Abstract
Wilayah Gedebage terletak pada dataran rendah Kota Bandung yang merupakan bagian dari Bandung Timur yang sering terjadi banjir. Banyak alternatif penangulangan banjir yang telah dilakukan, salah satunya yaitu pembuatan Kolam Retensi Gedebage dan Kolam Retensi Rancabolang. Akan tetapi banjir di Gedebage ini masih saja terjadi hingga sekarang. Oleh karena itu harus diadakan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai kolam retensi ini, apakah kolam retensi yang telah dibangun telah sesuai fungsinya yaitu mereduksi banjir yang masih saja berlangsung hingga sekarang. Analaisis yang dilakukan yaitu perhitungan-perhitungan debit banjir menggunakan HEC-HMS 4.8. Setelahnya dilakukan pemodelan kolam retensi menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.1 . Dari hasil pemodelan Kolam didapat reduksi banjir sebanyak 32,31%. Maka dibuat pemodelan alternatif penanggulangan banjir lain, yaitu dengan normalisasi sungai dan pembuatan tanggul di area sungai yang masih banjir. Gedebage region is located in the lowlands of Bandung City which is part of East Bandung which often floods. Many alternative flood management have been carried out, one of which is the creation of the Gedebage Retention Pond and the Rancabolang Retention Pond. However, this flood in Gedebage still occurs today. Therefore, further research must be carried out on this retention pond, whether the retention pond that has been built is in accordance with its function, namely reducing flooding which is still ongoing today. The analysis carried out was the calculation of flood discharge using HEC-HMS 4.8. After that, retention pool modeling was carried out using HEC-RAS 6.1. From the results of pond modeling, flood reduction was obtained by 32,31%. Therefore, another alternative modeling of flood management was made, namely by normalizing rivers and making embankments in river areas that are still flooded.
