Abstract
Perkembangan jaman yang semakin maju dapat menyebabkan pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk, hal itu dapat berpengaruh kepada kebutuhan akan lapangan kerja. Wirausaha menjadi salah satu bentuk upaya dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Hal yang dapat membuat seseorang terdorong untuk melalukan suatu kegiatan wirausaha ialah melalui minat. Kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal yang terus meningkat bisa menjadi peluang dari bisnis pengembang properti. Dilihat dari peluang tersebut, perlu adanya minat pada diri mahasiswa untuk menunjang keberhasilan pada bisnis tersebut. Ilmu yang membahas tentang pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan bisnis pengembang properti yang juga bisa menunjang mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman dan minat tersebut dapat melalui mata kuliah pengelolaan bisnis konstruksi dan properti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan DPTS FPTK UPI angkatan 2018 dengan jumlah sampel 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Perkuliahan Pengelolaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti) berada pada kategori “Cukup Baik”, sedangkan pada variabel Y (Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan DPTS FPTK UPI Pada Bisnis Pengembang Properti) berada pada kategori “sedang”. Korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Y berkriteria “Cukup Kuat”. Adanya kontribusi yang signifikan antara perkuliahan pengelolaan bisnis konstruksi dan properti terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan DPTS FPTK UPI pada bisnis pengembang properti. Diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan pengelolaan bisnis konstruksi dan properti perlu ditingkatkan melalui penambahan tugas dan materi perkuliahan dengan mengadakan seminar dengan menghadirkan narasumber yang ahli dalam bidang bisnis pengembang properti agar minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada bidang bisnis pengembang properti lebih meningkat. The development of an increasingly advanced era can cause rapid population growth, it can affect the need for employment. Entrepreneurship is one form of effort in creating jobs. The thing that can make someone motivated to carry out an entrepreneurial activity is through interest. The need for housing that continues to increase can be an opportunity for the property developer business. Judging from these opportunities, it is necessary to have an interest in students to support success in the business. Science that discusses knowledge related to the property developer business which can also support students to have this understanding and interest can be through construction and property business management courses. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive correlation research design. The research subjects were students of the 2018 DPTS FPTK UPI Building Engineering Education with a total sample of 63 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the X variable (Construction and Property Business Management Lecture) is in the "Good Enough" category, while the Y variable (Entrepreneurial Interest of Building Engineering Education Students DPTS FPTK UPI in the Property Developer Business) is in the "medium" category. The correlation between the variables X to Y has the criteria "Strong Enough". There is a significant contribution between the construction and property business management lectures on the entrepreneurial interest of the DPTS FPTK UPI Building Engineering Education students in the property developer business. It is hoped that in the implementation of construction and property business management lectures need to be improved through with additional assignments and material lecture with holding seminars by presenting resource persons who are experts in the property developer business so that students' interest in entrepreneurship in the property developer business sector will increase.
