Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan proses belajar. Jika hasil belajar rendah maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik kelas X dan pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencari solusi alternatif dengan menggunakan model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle terhadap hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain penelitian Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Populasinya adalah peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh kelas X MIPA 5 (kelas eksperimen) dan X MIPA 6 (kelas kontrol). Pengumpulan data dalam bentuk pilihan ganda, skala sikap, dan angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji n-gain, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. penemuan peneliti menunjukkan empat hal yaitu: (1) hasil tes awal pada hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki kondisi awal yang hampir sama; (2) hasil tes akhir pada hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, hal ini dikarenakan kelas eksperimen menggunakan model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional; (3) persepsi peserta didik terhadap pelaksanaan model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle direspon dengan baik dan positif; (4) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle dengan kelas kontrol setelah kedua kelas tersebut diberi perlakuan. Dengan demikian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa model flipped classroom berbasis e-learning moodle terbukti efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran PPKn. Kata Kunci: E-learning Moodle, Hasil Belajar, Model Flipped Classroom, dan PPKn ABSTRACT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM MODEL BASED ON E-LEARNING MOODLE ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN CIVIC EDUCATION LEARNING (A Quasi-Experimental Study of Class X SMA Negeri 20 Bandung) Learning outcomes are one indicator of the success of the learning process. If learning outcomes are low, it can be concluded that the learning objectives have not been achieved properly. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Civics for class X students and learning that is still teacher-centered. Therefore, researchers are looking for alternative solutions by using a flipped classroom model based on e-learning moodle. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom model based on e-learning moodle on students' Civic Education learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods and research design Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The population is class X students at SMA Negeri 20 Bandung. The sample was determined by random sampling technique, and obtained class X MIPA 5 (experimental class) and X MIPA 6 (control class). Collecting data in the form of multiple-choice, attitude scales, and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics of n-gain test, normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The researcher's findings showed four things, namely: (1) the results of the initial test on the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and control class had almost the same initial conditions; (2) the final test results on student learning outcomes in the experimental class are higher than the control class, this is because the experimental class uses a flipped classroom model based on e-learning moodle while the control class uses conventional methods; (3) students' perceptions of the implementation of the flipped classroom model based on moodle e-learning was responded well and positively; (4) there are differences in student learning outcomes between the experimental class using the flipped classroom model based on e-learning moodle and the control class after the two classes were given treatment. Thus, the researcher concludes that the flipped classroom model based on e-learning moodle has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in Civic Education.
