Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya baik manusia, material, alat, maupun biaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa proyek konstruksi memerlukan suatu sistem manajemen proyek mulai dari tahap awal proyek hingga tahap penyelesaian proyek. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat menghasilkan lintasan kritis untuk menginvestigasi keterlambatan suatu kegiatan yang mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian proyek dan dapat mengindikasi aktivitas yang memerlukan alokasi dan perataan tenaga kerja, salah satunya adalah Predence Diagram Method (PDM) dan Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penjadwalan Predence Diagram Method (PDM) dan Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM) pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung PPPG UPI terdapat kegiatan kritis dan terjadi perubahan umur proyek. Pada penjadwala PDM terdapat 12 pekerjaan yang merupakan pekerjaan kritis, sedangkan pada penjadwalan RPWM terdapat 63 pekerjaan yang masuk dalam pekerjaan kritis. Penjadwalan PDM dan RPWM menghasilkan umur proyek yang sama yaitu 408 hari, namun walaupun memiliki umur proyek yang sama terdapat perbedaan waktu ambang dan durasi yang terjadi. ABSTRACT The implementation of construction projects has limited human resources, materials, tools, and costs. This shows that construction projects require a project management system from the initial project stage to the project completion stage. There are several methods that can generate critical paths to investigate delays in an activity that affect project completion time and can indicate activities that require allocation and smoothing of labor, one of which is the Predence Diagram Method (PDM) and Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM). The results showed that with the Predence Diagram Method (PDM) and Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM) scheduling in the UPI PPPG Building project, there were critical activities and a change in project age. In the PDM scheduler there are 12 jobs which are critical jobs, while in the RPWM scheduling there are 63 jobs that are included in critical jobs. PDM and RPWM scheduling resulted in the same project life of 408 days, but even though they were the same there were differences in threshold time and duration that occurred.
