PENGEMBANGAN SOAL BERBASIS LITERASI DAN NUMERASI PADA MATERI PESAWAT SEDERHANA DENGAN PEMODELAN RASCH DI SEKOLAH DASAR Icha Apipatunnisa Email: ichaapipatunnisa08@upi.edu ABSTRAK Rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi pelajar Indonesia berdasarkan hasil PISA 2018, melatarbelakangi pemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) berbasis literasi dan numerasi. Literasi dan numerasi adalah kemampuan yang penting dimiliki oleh peserta didik di abad 21. Sehingga guru harus memiliki kemampuan melakukan asesmen hasil belajar siswa dengan baik. Namun, dalam pengimplementasiannya tidak terlepas dari segala problematika. Salah satunya dirasakan oleh guru di sekolah tempat dilaksanakannya penelitian ini, yaitu kurangnya fasilitas yang mendukung dan berdasarkan studi dokumentsi, menunjukan bahwa instrument tes yang dikembangkan oleh guru belum mampu menggali atau mengembangkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Sehingga hasil yang diharapkan belum tercapai secara optimal. Untuk itu peneliti mengembangan soal berbasis literasi dan numerasi pada materi pesawat sederhana. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SDN Tawangsari sebagai tempat uji coba dan di SDN Pengadilan 3 sebagai tempat implementasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan butir soal yang dikembangkan dan untuk mengetahui perubahan pemahaman konseptual siswa setelah diimplementasikannya proses pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental one-group prepost-test design. Data mentah yang berupa skor siswa diolah menggunakan analisis Stacking and Racking Rasch Model. Melalui analisis Rasch ini, pola perubahan kemampuan pemahaman konseptual siswa dapat diidentifikasi secara rinci dengan membandingkan pola respon tingkat kesulitan butir soal dan tingkat abilitas siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa instrument tes yang dikembangkan peneliti yang layak digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa, dan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi relatif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konseptual siswa. Namun, berdasarkan hasil post-test, tujuh dari 25 siswa mengalami perubahan yang bernilai negative atau mengalami penurunan kemampuan pemahaman konsep. Hal tersebut diidentifikasi disebabkan oleh: 1) Miskonsepsi siswa, 2) Tipe soal yang dikembangkan, 3) Faktor internal siswa, dan 4) Bahan ajar yang digunakan. Melalui analisis Rasch ini, efektivitas dari suatu inovasi pedagogi dan tingkat abilitas siswa dapat diperkirakan secara rinci. DEVELOPMENT OF LITERACY AND NUMERACY BASED QUASTIONS OF THE PESAWAT SEDERHANA MATERIAL USING RASCH MODELING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Icha Apipatunnisa Email: ichaapipatunnisa08@upi.edu ABSTRACT The low literacy and numeracy skills of Indonesian students based on the results of PISA 2018, the background for the government to make a literacy and numeracy-based Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) policy. Literacy and numeracy are important skills possessed by students in the 21st century. . So that teachers must have the ability to assess student learning outcomes well. However, their implementation cannot be separated from all problems. The mistakes felt by teachers in the schools where this research was conducted, namely the lack of supporting facilities and based on documentary studies, showed that the test instruments developed by teachers had not been able to explore or develop students' literacy and numeracy skills. So that the expected results have not been achieved optimally. For this reason, researchers developed literacy and numeracy-based questions on simple plane materials. This research was conducted at SDN Tawangsari as a test site and at SDN Pengadilan 3 as a place for implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the exact location that was developed and to determine the conceptual understanding after the implementation of literacy and numeracy-based learning processes. The research method used in this study is an experimental one-group prepost-test design method. Raw data in the form of student scores was processed using the Stacking and Racking Rasch Model analysis. Through this Rasch analysis, the pattern of changes in students' conceptual understanding abilities can be identified in detail by comparing the response patterns of the item difficulty level and the student's ability level. The results of this study indicate that the developed test instrument is suitable for measuring students' abilities, and literacy and numeracy-based learning is relatively able to improve students' conceptual understanding abilities. However, based on the post-test results, seven out of 25 students experienced a decent change or experienced a decrease in their ability to understand concepts. This was identified as being caused by: 1) students' misconceptions, 2) the type of questions developed, 3) students' internal factors, and 4) the teaching materials used. Through this Rasch analysis, the effectiveness of a pedagogical innovation and the level of student abilities can be estimated in detail.
