Abstract

The unemployment rate based on education level in Indonesia still places vocational high school graduates as the highest unemployment rate with a persisted consistently for the last 5 years with an average of 11 ,52%. One of the factors that drive the high unemployment rate is that the readiness of graduates to be ready for entrepreneurship is practically still not in a ready position. So in this study, efforts to improve students' entrepreneurial readiness need to be carried out by schools by reviewing several aspects, one of which can be seen from the interests of students. In this study, a review of the entrepreneurial interest of students was carried out, a review of the entrepreneurial readiness of students, and a review of the influence of entrepreneurial interest on the entrepreneurial readiness of students of vocational high school Rajapolah. The method used in the review of interest in this research is quantitative by using a questionnaire collection technique with a Likert scale. Meanwhile, a review of students' readiness can be seen from the documentation of the value of entrepreneurship in the West Java Entrepreneur School Program as an intracurricular program. The results of the study show that the general description of interest in entrepreneurship (variable X) owned by vocational high school Rajapolah students is in the high category with a percentage of 75%. For the entrepreneurial readiness description of (variable Y) in students, including in the medium category with a percentage of 68%. From the research conducted, it was found that there was a significant and positive influence between interest in entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational high school Rajapolah students with the equation Y= 38.881 + 0.26 X.
