Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran praktik di SMK memiliki peran yang sangat penting, karena dengan praktikum siswa dapat memahami teori dan praktik pembelajaran. Pada pelaksanaan praktikum pembuatan nugget ayam di SMKN 4 Garut, siswa sering kali bertanya mengenai pemilihan dan penggunaan alat dan bahan yang benar, serta langkah kerja sesuai prosedur. Selain itu siswa kurang berinisiatif untuk belajar secara mandiri (self directed learning) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul praktikum yang sudah diberikan kurang menarik. Maka diharapkan media pembelajaran e-modul ini dapat membantu siswa dalam menunjang belajar secara mandiri karena dapat dikases dengan mudah serta dipelajari dimanapun dan kapan pun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan e-modul sebagai pedoman praktikum pembuatan nugget ayam; 2) Mengetahui kemampuan self directed siswa setelah menggunakan e-modul pada praktikum pembuatan nugget ayam; 3) Mengetahui hasil keterampilan siswa setelah menggunakan e-modul pada praktikum pembuatan nugget ayam. Pengembangan media pembelajaran e-modul ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penerapan e-modul terhadap kemandirian siswa menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain one shot case study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi dan siswa. Selain itu dinyatakan “Layak” oleh ahli media dan ahli bahasa. Adapun kemampuan belajar mandiri dan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan hasil rata-rata dikategorikan “Sangat Baik” setelah menggunakan e-modul pada praktikum pembuatan nugget Ayam. ABSTRACT Practical learning in SMK has a very important role, because with practicum students can understand the theory and practice of learning. In the practical implementation of making chicken nuggets at SMKN 4 Garut, students often ask questions about the selection and use of the correct tools and materials, as well as the work steps according to the procedure. In addition, students lack the initiative to learn independently (self-directed learning) this shows that the practicum modules that have been provided are less attractive. It is hoped that this e-module learning media can help students improve independent learning because it can be accessed easily and learned anywhere and anytime. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the feasibility of the e-module as a practical guide for making chicken nuggets; 2) Knowing the self-directed ability of students after using e- modules in the practicum of making chicken nuggets; 3) Knowing the results of students' skills after using e-modules in the practicum of making chicken nuggets. The development of this e-module learning media uses the ADDIE model with the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. the application of e-modules on student independence using a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental) with a one shot case study design. The results showed that the developed e-module was declared "Very Appropriate" by material experts and students. In addition, it was declared “Eligible” by media experts and linguists. The independent learning abilities and students' skills based on the average results were categorized as "Very Good" after using the e-module in the Chicken nuggets making practicum.
