Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya permasalahan koperasi yang tidak dapat berkembang dan berakhir banyaknya kasus koperasi yang dibubarkan. Adanya permasalahan tersebut, pengembangan koperasi saat ini sangat diperlukan sebagai bentuk usaha warga negara untuk menjaga ketahanan eksistensi koperasi sebagai badan usaha bersama. Pengembangan koperasi ini, dapat dilakukan dengan melalui langkah pengambanganan kolaborasi mitra usaha seperti yang dilakukan salah satu koperasi yakni Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mitrayasa. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji pengembangan kolaborasi mitra usaha yang dilakukan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mitrayasa sebagai perwujudan kebersamaan ekonomi warga negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mitrayasa dengan narasumber pihak koperasi, pihak pemerintah dan masyarakat desa serta pihak mitra usaha koperasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yakni melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik trangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Eksistensi Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mitrayasa dalam pengembangan kolaborasi mitra usaha yakni KUD Mitrayasa merupakan badan usaha bersama dan gerakan ekonomi masyarakat desa Pagerageung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang dalam pengembangannya melakukan kolaborasi mitra usaha dengan pihak lain seperti pemerintah, organisasi dan beberapa perusahaan. (2) Program dan pelaksanaan pengembangan kolaborasi mitra usaha ini yakni dimulai dengan program meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan koperasi dari hulu ke hilir, membentuk program dan produk unggulan, menjalin relasi dan koneksi serta membangun kesepakatan kerjasama untuk selanjutnya melaksanakan program pengembangan seperti penyerapan hasil produksi, pembinaan dan perluasan pasar. (3) kendala pengembangan kolaborasi mitra usaha koperasi ini yakni perbedaan tujuan, tidak saling terbuka, keterbatasan modal dan kualitas produksi masyarakat yang masih belum konsisten serta solusi koperasi untuk menghadapi kendala tersebut yakni pembinaan, saling terbuka, memaksimalkan SDA dan SDM serta kerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat. (4) pengembangan kolaborasi mitra usaha merupakan perwujudan kebersamaan ekonomi warga negara melalui kerjasama dengan pihak lain yang memberikan manfaat bagi warga negara yakni masyarakat lebih produktif, keberlanjutan lapangan pekerjaan, keterampilan masyarakat meningkat, masyarakat dapat menikmati hasil produksi kolaborasi dengan harga yang terjangkau dan kejelasan masyarakat dalam menyalurkan hasil produksinya. This research is motivated by the many problems that cooperatives cannot develop and end up with many cases of cooperatives being disbanded. The existence of these problems, the development of cooperatives is currently very necessary as a form of business for citizens to maintain the resilience of the existence of cooperatives as a joint business entity. The development of cooperatives can be done through the steps of developing collaboration with business partners, such as that carried out by one of the cooperatives, namely the Mitrayasa Village Unit Cooperative (VUC). The purpose of this study is to examine the development of business partner collaboration carried out by the Mitrayasa Village Unit Cooperative (VUC) as a manifestation of the economic togetherness of citizens. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method which was carried out in the Mitrayasa Village Unit Cooperative (VUC) with cooperatives as resource persons, the government and village communities as well as cooperative business partners. Data collection techniques used by researchers are through observation, interviews and documentation studies with trangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) the existence of the Mitrayasa Village Unit Cooperative (VUC) in developing collaborative business partners, namely the Mitrayasa is a joint business entity and the economic movement of the Pagerageung village community, Tasikmalaya Regency which in its development collaborates with business partners with other parties such as the government, organizations and several companies. (2) The program and implementation of the collaborative development of business partners begins with a program to improve the quality of cooperative management from upstream to downstream, establish superior programs and products, establish relationships and connections and build cooperation agreements to further implement development programs such as absorption of production, coaching and market expansion. (3) the obstacles in developing collaboration with cooperative business partners are differences in objectives, not being open to each other, limited capital and the quality of community production that is still not consistent and the cooperative solutions to deal with these obstacles are fostering, being open to each other, maximizing natural resources and human resources as well as cooperation with the local government. . (4) the development of business partner collaboration is a manifestation of the economic togetherness of citizens through cooperation with other parties that provide benefits to citizens, namely a more productive community, sustainable employment opportunities, increasing community skills, people can enjoy the results of collaborative production at affordable prices and community clarity. in distributing their products.
