Abstract
Kegiatan unit produksi merupakan suatu proses kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan sekolah dalam bentuk unit usaha produk atau jasa. Salah satu kegiatan pada unit produksi di SMK PPN Tanjungsari yaitu produksi roti, dalam pelaksanaannya masih banyak siswa belum terbiasa bekerja mandiri dan hanya mengikuti instruksi yang diberikan oleh guru sehingga kondisi di laboratorium menjadi tidak kondusif. Maka diharapkan media pembelajaran jobsheet berbasis SKKNI dapat membantu memudahkan siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan jobsheet berbasis SKKNI pada pelaksanaan unit produksi untuk pencapaian keterampilan dunia industri 2) Mengetahui keterlaksanaan praktikum kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada pelaksaanaan unit produksi. 3) Mengetahui ada/tidaknya perbedaan hasil keterampilan siswa yang menggunakan jobsheet berbasis SKKNI pada pelaksaanaan unit produksi dengan yang tidak menggunakannya. Pengembangan media pembelajaran Jobsheet ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penerapan jobsheet pada kegiatan praktikum dilakukan dengan desain quasi experimental–non equivalent control group design dengan aspek keterampilan sebagai faktor penelitian. Validasi jobsheet dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, Keterlaksanaan kegiatan praktikum kelas eksperimen dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” sedangkan kelas kontrol dalam kategori “Baik”. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji independent sample t-test diterima H1, dengan kesimpulan “Adanya perbedaan hasil keterampilan siswa yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada kegiatan unit produksi pembuatan roti”. One of the activities in the production unit at SMK PPN Tanjungsari is bread production, in its implementation there are still many students who are not used to working independently and only follow the instructions given by the teacher so that the conditions in the laboratory become not conducive. So it is hoped that SKKNI-based jobsheet learning media can help facilitate students and teachers learning. The objectives of this study are: 1) Knowing the feasibility of SKKNI-based jobsheets in the implementation of production units for the achievement of industrial world skills 2) Knowing the implementation of the control class practicum and experimental classes in the implementation of production units. 3) Knowing the presence / absence of differences in the skill results of students who use SKKNI-based jobsheets in the implementation of production units with those who do not use them. The development of this Jobsheet learning media uses the ADDIE model with stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The application of jobsheets in practicum activities is carried out with a quasi-experimental-non-equivalent control group design with skill aspects as a research factor. Jobsheet validation is declared "Very Feasible" by material experts, media experts, linguists. Based on the results obtained, the implementation of practicum activities of the experimental class is in the category of "Excellent" while the control class is in the cathegoti "Good". The results of hypothesis testing of independent sample t-test were received H1, with the conclusion "There is a significant difference in student skill results between the control class and the experimental class on the activities of the breadmaking production unit".
