Abstract
Dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian UMKM Di Kota Cimahi Provinsi Jawa Barat Penelitian dilakukan pada pelatihan UMKM yang selalu menghadapi masalah, mengenai kelemahan kemandirian pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Kurangnya kemandirian ini disebabkan oleh keraguan pelaku UMKM dalam berwirausaha, kurangnya pengetahuan dan banyaknya UMKM yang produktivitasnya rendah. Kelemahan dalam usaha ini yakni : 1) Rendahnya produktivitas pelaku UMKM, 2) Rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia 3) Belum terselenggaranya model pelatihan CEFE kepada pelaku UMKM yang berdampak kurangnya kompetensi kewirausahaan dan bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan model pelatihan CEFE dan menganalisis efektivitasnya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian UMKM. Metode yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan, menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa: model pelatihan CEFE belum pernah dilakukan dalam program pelatihan di Kota Cimahi. Model Pelatihan CEFE menekankan simulasi permainan dan simulasi proses bisnis dengan asumsi orang dewasa belajar. Hasil uji efektivitas, menunjukan ada perbedaan kemampuan berwirausaha pelaku UMKM sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti model pelatihan CEFE, dengan korelasi yang tinggi. Uji korelasi nilai t, menunjukan ada ketergantungan skor pre-test hasil pelatihan CEFE dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha. Nilai post-test menunjukan kemampuan berwirausaha memiliki kecenderungan tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan model pelatihan CEFE bagi pelaku UMKM telah memberi dampak signifikan terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta pelatihan. Implikasi Teoritis : Penerapan model pelatihan CEFE berdampak baik pada hasil belajar orang dewasa, tidak selalu menggunakan teknologi, tapi melibatkan pancaindra, hasilnya lebih baik dalam mengingat dan memahami materi. Implikasi praktis model pelatihan CEFE efektif untuk menyampaikan materi pelatihan sehingga mampu memotivasi kembali para pelaku UMKM. Kata Kunci : Konsep Pelatihan, konsep CEFE, kemandirian dan konsep UMKM The purpose of this research is to study and develop the CEFE training model and to analyze its effectiveness to increase the independence of MSMEs. The research was conducted on the training of MSMEs who always face problems, regarding the weakness of the independence of MSME actors in developing their business. This lack of independence is caused by the doubts of MSME actors in entrepreneurship, lack of knowledge and the number of MSMEs whose productivity is low. Weaknesses in this effort are: 1) The low productivity of MSME actors, 2) The low quality of human resources 3) The CEFE training model has not been implemented for MSME actors which has an impact on the lack of entrepreneurial and business competencies. The underlying theory is the concept of training, the concept of andragogy, the concept of independence and the concept of competence, the concept of CEFE and the concept of MSMEs. The method is research and development, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that: the CEFE training model had never been carried out in a training program in Cimahi City. The CEFE Training Model emphasizes game simulation and business process simulation assuming adults learn. The results of the effectiveness test show that there are differences in the entrepreneurial abilities of MSME actors before and after participating in the CEFE training model, with a high correlation. The correlation test of the t value, shows that there is a dependence of the pre-test score on the results of the CEFE training in improving entrepreneurial skills. The post-test value shows that the entrepreneurial ability has a high tendency. It can be concluded that the CEFE training model for MSME actors has had a significant impact on the knowledge and skill competencies of the trainees. Theoretical Implications: The application of the CEFE training model has a good impact on adult learning outcomes, does not always use technology, but involves the five senses, the results are better in remembering and understanding the material. The practical implications of the CEFE training model are effective for delivering training materials so that they can re-motivate MSME actors.
