Abstract
ABSTRAK Pada jaringan distribusi listrik., nilai indeks keandalan sistem merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kinerja suatu sistem tersebut. Keandalan sistem dapat dilihat dari suplai energi listrik mampu mendistribusikan energi listrik secar kontinyu dalam satu tahun kepada pelanggan. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah mutu layanan konsumen yang terletak pada kontinuitas dan ketersediaan pelayanan energi listrik untuk pelanggan. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bandung Utara masih memiliki pola jaringan yang rentan terhadap berbagai macam faktor gangguan baik internal, maupun eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui nilai indeks keandalan sistem distribusi 20 KV serta faktor penyebab gangguan di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bandung Utara. Tingkat keandalan sistem dihitung dengan metode perhitungan secara matematik dengan menggunakan rumus SAIDI, SAIFI, dan CAIDI. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa nilai indeks keandalan sistem pada tahun 2021 memiliki tingkat keandalan yang kurang handal dengan nilai indeks SAIDI 5,0629 jam/tahun, SAIFI 3,4767 gangguan/tahun, dan CAIDI 25,3 jam/gangguan serta gangguan yang paling dominan di sebabkan oleh faktor SKTM. Kata kunci : SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, faktor penyebab gangguan ABSTRACT In the electricity distribution network, the value of the system reliability index is a very important factor in determining the performance of a system. The reliability of the system can be seen from the supply of electrical energy capable of distributing electrical energy continuously in one year to customers. The most basic problem is the quality of consumer service which lies in the continuity and availability of electrical energy services for customers. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP North Bandung still has a network pattern that is vulnerable to various kinds of interference factors, both internal and external. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the reliability index of the 20 KV distribution system and the factors causing disturbances at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP North Bandung. The level of system reliability is calculated by a mathematical calculation method using the SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI formulas. The results obtained that the system reliability index value in 2021 has a level of reliability that is less reliable with an index value of SAIDI 5.0629 hours/year, SAIFI 3.4767 disturbances/year, and CAIDI 25.3 hours/interference and the most dominant disturbance in caused by the SKTM factor.
