Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengungkapan intellectual capital yang terdiri dari human capital, structural capital dan relational capital terhadap kinerja Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum di Indonesia yang diproksikan dengan peringkat perguruan tinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 15 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum tahun 2020. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan atau laporan kinerja dan informasi yang diungkapkan pada website resmi perguruan tinggi dengan teknik dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa human capital berkorelasi kuat terhadap kinerja PTN-BH sedangkan structural capital dan relational capital tidak berkorelasi terhadap kinerja PTN-BH. This study aims to determine the correlation between intellectual capital disclosure which consists of human capital, structural capital and relational capital to the performance of PTN-BH (State Universities Legal Entities in Indonesia) as proxied by university rankings. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with a total of 15 PTN-BH (State Universities Legal Entities in Indonesia) in 2020. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports or performance reports and information disclosed on the official university website with documentation techniques. Hypothesis is using the analysis spearman rank. The results of hypothesis testing show that human capital is strongly correlated with the performance of PTN-BH, while structural capital and relational capital are not correlated with the performance of PTN-BH.
