Abstract
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Gambaran pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19; (2) Gambaran Nilai Praktik Kerja Industri siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19; (3) Gambaran Kesiapan Kerja siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19; (4) Hubungan Pelaksanaan dan Nilai Praktik Kerja Industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 69 siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri yang dilakukan siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung berada dalam kategori baik; (2) Nilai Praktik Kerja Industri siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) Kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung berada pada kategori cukup; (4) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan dan nilai Praktik Kerja Industri dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan dan nilai Prakerin siswa maka semakin baik juga kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Prakerin yang dilaksanakan di tengah lockdown. Sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan dan nilai Prakerin dengan kesiapan kerja siswa pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan hasil bahwa hubungan pelaksanaan dan nilai Prakerin mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan korelasi berada pada kategori sangat kuat. The objectives of this research are to find out: (1) Description of the implementation of Industrial Work Practices for class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) Description of Industrial Work Practice Values for class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic; (3) Description of Work Readiness of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic; (4) Correlation between the Implementation and Value of Industrial Work Practices with the work readiness of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive correlational method using a quantitative approach. Samples of the research included 69 students of class XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung with research instruments using documentation studies and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of correlation coefficients and multiple correlations. The results of this research show that: (1) The implementation of Industrial Work Practices carried out by class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung is in the good category; (2) The value of the Industrial Work Practices of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Banding is in the high category; (3) The work readiness of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung is in the sufficient category; (4) There is a positive and significant correlation between the implementation and value of Industrial Work Practices with the work readiness of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung. The results of this research can be seen that the better the implementation and the value of the student's Prakerin, the better the student's work readiness. This research was conducted on Prakerin which was carried out in the midst of a lockdown. This research reveals the correlation between the implementation and the value of Prakerin with students' work readiness during the Covid-19 pandemic with the result that the correlation between implementation and the value of Prakerin has a positive and significant correlation with the correlation being in the very strong category.
