Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat efektivitas peran guru, media pembelajaran, dan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peran guru dan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Belajar Konstruktivisme Vygotsky. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Ukuran populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa gambaran tingkat efektivitas peran guru berada pada kategori efektif, gambaran tingkat efektivitas media pembelajaran berada pada kategori efektif, dan gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Peran Guru dan Media Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran Kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat atau tinggi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,3%. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar siswa dapat dioptimalkan melalui peran guru dan media pembelajaran yang efektif.; The problem studied in this study is that the student’s learning motivation of class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of effectiveness of the role of teachers, learning media, and the level of student’s learning motivation. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the role of teachers and learning media on students’ learning motivation. The theory used in this study is Vygotsky Constructivism Learning Theory. The study uses an explanatory survey method by data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model. The population size in this study was 100 respondents from Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. Based on the research, information is obtained that the description of the level of effectiveness of the role of teacher’s is in the effective category, the description of the level of effectiveness of learning media is in the effective category, and the description of the level of student learning motivation is in the high category. The result of hypothesis testing show that the role of teachers and learning media have a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation on the subject Teknologi Perkantoran for Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung and has a strong or high relationship with a coefficient of determination of 56.3%. Thus student’s learning motivation can be optimized through the role of teachers and effective learning media.
