    Abstract

    Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Sub Sektor Telekomunikasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Pada Tahun 2018-2021. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Software Microsoft Excel dan Statiscal Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

    ABSTRACT

    THE INFLUENCE OF MANAGERIAL OWNERSHIP AND COMPANY SIZE ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
    (IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SUB SECTOR LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE)

    This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership and Company Size on Financial Performance in the Telecommunication Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 12 companies. The type of data in this study is secondary data. Sample selection using purposive sampling method with data processing using Microsoft Excel Software and Statiscal Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The test results show that Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Company Size has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Ownership Managerial and Company Size simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance.
