Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas seseorang. Kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi mempengaruhi tingkat keinginan berwirausaha dalam diri peserta didik. Pendidikan kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verificative dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket sebagai metode pokok dengan menggunakan google form yang disebar kepada sampel penelitian dan didukung dengan metode dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memakai variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel bebas dan komunikasi interpersonal sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil dari penelitian ini gambaran umum pendidikan kewirausahaan dan komunikasi interpersonal masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase pendidikan kewirausahaan 67% dan komunikasi interpersonal sebesar 83%. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Parigi sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menjelaskan berdasarkan hasil dari uji t hitung lebih besar dari r tabel. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam menjelaskan komunikasi interpersonal sebesar 61%. Communication skills affect the quality of a person. The lack of interpersonal communication skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi affects the level of entrepreneurial desire in students. Entrepreneurship education is one of the efforts to improve the ability of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on the interpersonal communication skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. This study uses descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is the questionnaire method as the main method by using a google form which is distributed to the research sample and is supported by the documentation method. This study uses the variable of entrepreneurship education as an independent variable and interpersonal communication as a variable. The results of this study amounted to an overview of entrepreneurship education and interpersonal communication in the high category with the proportion of entrepreneurship education 67% and interpersonal communication 83%. This study explains that there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on the interpersonal communication skills of SMA Negeri 1 Parigi students so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This explains based on the results of the t-test that is greater than r table. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study indicate that the variable of entrepreneurship education in explaining interpersonal communication is 61%.
