Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan motivasi belajar pada saat pembelajaran daring terhadap siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Sumedang di masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 288 siswa dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 79 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pada penelitian terdapat dua variabel yaitu self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan motivasi belajar. Variabel self-efficacy dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor untuk memprediksi motivasi belajar. Rekomendasi pada penelitian diharapkan guru BK dapat menjadi fasilitator dalam upaya meningkatkan self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar siswa. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation during online learning for students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Sumedang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design is a quantitative research using correlational method. The research population was 288 students with the number of samples used in the study as many as 79 students. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. In this study, there are two variables, namely self-efficacy and learning motivation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation. The self-efficacy variable can be used as a predictor to predict learning motivation. The recommendation in the research is that it is hoped that BK teachers can become facilitators in an effort to increase students' self-efficacy and motivation to learn.
