Abstract
Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi faktor baru yang terbentuk dan faktor dominan terkait persepsi tamu tentang hotel yang aman pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Bandung. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Exploratory Factor Analysis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 105 responden tamu yang menginap di hotel upsclae Kota Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan terdapat 5 faktor baru yang terbentuk dari persepsi tamu tentang hotel yang aman di Kota Bandung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu faktor staff hygiene & safety control, health communication, medical preparedness, cleanliness facilities, dan self-service technology. Lalu, yang menjadi faktor dominan yaitu staff hygiene & safety control. The purpose of this research is to identify new factors that are formed and dominant factors related to guest perceptions of safe hotels during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bandung City. The quantitative descriptive method was chosen using the Exploratory Factor Analysis technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 105 guest respondents who stayed at upscale hotels in Bandung during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 5 new factors formed from guest perceptions of safe hotels in the city of Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely staff hygiene & safety control factors, health communication, medical preparedness , cleanliness facilities, and self-service technology. Then, the dominant factor is staff hygiene & safety control.
