ABSTRAK Prabu Esa Zakaria (2022). Mengembangkan Self-Efficacy Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Menggunakan Podcast (Studi Quasi Experiment pada Siswa SMA Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022). Self-efficacy mampu mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam belajar sekaligus memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan self-efficacy melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan podcast pada siswa SMA Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi. Desain penelitian adalah nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design (pretest-posttest dua kelompok). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mengukur self-efficacy siswa dalam belajar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMA Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik uji Mann-whitney untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat self-efficacy sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) secara umum tingkat kemampuan self-efficacy dalam belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) rancangan intervensi dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan podcast disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan; dan (3) self-efficacy siswa dalam belajar dapat berkembang melalui intervensi dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan podcast. Self-efficacy is able to overcome the obstacles in learning at once to obtaining good learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to develop self-efficacy through group guidance services using podcasts for students at SMA Pasundan 3, Cimahi City. The study used a quasi-experimental method as the tool for finding the result. The design for the research was a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design (pretest and posttest grouping devided in two groups). The instrument for the research is a questionnaire to measure students' self-efficacy in learning. The research subjects is students of SMA Pasundan 3 Cimahi City for the Academic Year 2021/2022, aggregate 26 students. Hypothesis testing uses the Mann-Whitney test statistic is to compare the level of self-efficacy before and after the intervention section occured. The results indicated: (1) in general, the level of self-efficacy in student learning was in the high category; (2) intervention design with group guidance services using podcasts prepared based on needs analysis; and (3) students self-efficacy in learning can develop through interventions with group guidance services using podcasts.
