Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul: "Kajian Buku Teks Seni Budaya Sub Bidang Studi Seni Musik kelas VII" fokus penelitian yakni mengkaji bab-bab bidang studi seni musik yang ditulis oleh Eko Purnomo dan kawan kawan edisi ketiga cetakan ke-empat, diterbitkan pada 2017 oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan dalam bentuk fisik dan buku standar elektronik(BSE). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap kesesuaian buku teks tersebut dengan kurikulum 2013 serta kelayakannya dari aspek penyajian, isi, kebahasaan, dan kegrafikaan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi saat Peneliti menggunakan buku teks tersebut dalam Program Pengenalan Lapangan Satuan Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 40 Bandung. Peneliti menemukan ketidaksesuaian antara materi dan kompetensi dalam silabus kurikulum 2013. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis dokumen. Data penelitian diperoleh dari studi literatur, wawancara, dan dokumen lainnya yang terkait. Studi literatur yang digunakan berupa kebijakan-kebijakan seputar kurikulum 2013 dan buku teks, perkembangan usia siswa termasuk perkembangan musikalitas, yang diperkaya dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber ahli di bidang kurikulum dan materi teori musik. Disamping itu Peneliti juga memperoleh data dari siswa sekolah menengah pertama sebagai pengguna buku teks yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkap sejumlah temuan keterkaitan buku teks dengan kurikulum 2013 untuk sub bidang studi seni musik serta temuan temuan lainnya yang terkait dengan persoalan-persoalan penyajian, isi, kebahasaan, dan kegrafikaan yang sangat kompleks. Peneliti selanjutnya perlu merekomendasi kepada berbagai pihak untuk memilih buku teks yang berkualitas dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa kelas tujuh di sekolah. This research is titled : "study of cultural arts textbooks for class VII musical arts" the focus of this reasearch is to examine chapters in the field of music art study written by eko purnomo and his friends, the third edition of the fourth print, published in 2017 by the ministry of education and culture in physical form and electronic standard books (BSE). The purpose of this study is to reveal the conformity of the textbook to the 2013 curriculum as well as the feasibility of presentation, content, language, and graphic aspects. This study was motivated when the researcher used the textbook in the Education Unit Field Introduction Program at SMP Negeri 40 Bandung. The Researchers found incompatibilities between materials and competencies in the 2013 curriculum syllabus. The research paradigm used is qualitative with descriptive methods of document analysis. Research data is obtained from literature studies, interviews, and other related documents. Literature studies are used in the form of policies around the 2013 curriculum and textbooks, the age development of students including the development of musicality, which is enriched from the results of interviews with expert speakers in the field of curriculum and music theory materials. In addition, Researchers also obtained data from junior high school students as users of textbooks studied. The results of the study revealed a number of findings linkage textbooks to curriculum 2013 for subfields of music art studies as well as other findings related to issues of presentation, content, language, and graphics that are very complete. The next researcher needs to recommend to various parties to choose a quality textbook and according to the needs of seventh graders in school.
