Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Penelitian mengkaji mengenai belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Penelitian terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu variabel fasilitas pembelajaran (X) yang difokuskan pada fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum dan variabel motivasi belajar (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui tingkat standarisasi fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum dan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei eksplanasi. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 136 responden dan dokumentasi data inventarisasi fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) tingkat standarisasi fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum berada pada kategori cukup terstandarisasi dengan pengukuran cukup layak dan memiliki jumlah yang cukup dan (2) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Y). This research was conduted at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This studi examines the problem of not optimal learning motivation of student of class XI majoring in automation and office management at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study consists of two variables. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of standardization of practicum learning facilities and the level of student learning motivation. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of practical learning facilities on students' learning motivation. This method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Furthermore, the data collecetion teechnique used is by distributing questionnaires to 136 respondents and documentation of data inventory of practicum learning facilites. Respondents is this studi were student of class XI majoring in automation and office management at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the research results, the results obtained are that: (1) a description of the level of standardization of practicum learning facilities is in the fairly standardized category with a fairly decent measurement and has a sufficient number and (2) an overview of the level of student learning motivation is in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test found that practical learning facilities had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation (Y).
