Abstract

ABSTRAK Teknologi yang mengalami perkembangan banyak dimanfaatkan oleh para pengguna untuk berbagai kepentingan salah satunya di bidang pendidikan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan untuk memahami suatu materi yaitu praktikum, akan tetapi karena beberapa hal tidak semua praktikum contohnya praktikum sel volta bisa dilakukan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu jenis media yang bisa dibuat, didesain dan dikembangkan untuk pembelajaran ialah simulasi berbasis web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa simulator penentuan beda potensial sel berbasis web. Simulator dikembangkan menjadi website yang bisa diakses dan dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dengan bantuan jaringan internet. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode pengembangan Developmental Research dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) serta dilakukan uji terbatas yang dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Simulator yang dikembangkan melalui tahapan analisis yaitu analisis kurikulum dan analisis wacana, kemudian dilakukan tahapan ADDIE untuk mengembangkannya, melakukan review secara langsung oleh dosen ahli dan validasi menggunakan lembar review kepada satu dosen ahli, uji terbatas kepada tiga guru kimia SMA dan lima orang siswa kelas XII SMA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu karakteristik simulator yang dikembangkan berupa website dengan sistem one page yang mencakupi gambar, teks dan simulasi penentuan beda potensial sel, hasil uji kelayakan oleh dosen ahli terhadap media yang dikembangkan sudah layak dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan, tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap simulator yang dikembangkan sudah baik, bisa dijadikan media pembelajaran dan membantu untuk memahami materi. ABSTRACT Technology that has developed is widely used by users for various purposes, one of it is in the field of education for learning activities. One of the learning activities carried out to understand the lesson is practicum, but for some reasons not all practicums for example voltaic cell practicum can be done for learning activities. One type of media that can be created, designed and developed for learning is a web-based simulation. This study aims to produce learning media in the form of a web-based cell potential difference determination simulator. The simulator was developed into a website that can be accessed and used for learning activities with the help of the internet network. The method used is the Developmental Research development method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and conducted a limited test which was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The simulator was developed through analysis stages, namely curriculum analysis and discourse analysis, then the ADDIE model was carried out to develop it, conduct a direct review by expert lecturers and validate using a review sheet to one expert lecturer, limited test to three high school chemistry teachers and five class XII students of Senior High School. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained are the characteristics of the simulator developed in the form of a website with a one page system that includes images, text and simulations of determining the cell potential difference, the results of the feasibility test by expert lecturers on the developed media are feasible with some notes for improvement, teacher and students responses to the simulator that has been developed is good, can be used as learning media and help to understand the lesson.
