Abstract

Abstrak Selama tiga tahun terakhir ini jumlah pegawai fungsional guru (pendidik) PNS mengalami penurunan. Kurangnya jumlah pegawai fungsional guru (pendidik) PNS menyebabkan jobdesk setiap pegawai menjadi bertambah dan pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Kekurangan ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Parigi yang menyebabkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) tidak berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran terkait organizational justice, kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui kepuasan kerja di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 88 pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Parigi, menggunakan teknik sampling Nonpropability Sampling dengan Sampling Jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-T untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial dan Uji-F secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational justice melalui kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Kata kunci: Organizational Justice, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kepuasan Kerja Abstract During the last three years, the number of civil servant teachers (educators) has decreased. The lack of functional staff for PNS teachers (educators) causes the jobdesk of each employee to increase and jobs that are not in accordance with their field of expertise. This deficiency can affect the performance of SMA Negeri 1 Parigi employees which causes Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) not to run as expected. This study aims to determine the description of organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi and to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. This study uses a quantitative method with a population and a sample of 88 employees of SMA Negeri 1 Parigi, using a sampling technique of Nonpropability Sampling with Saturated Sampling. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, product moment correlation coefficient and path analysis. hypothesis testing using the T-test to see the effect partially and the F-test simultaneously. The results of this study show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational justice through job satisfaction has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
