Abstract

Yusron Badru Tamam (2022): Pengembangan Multimedia Pembelajaran Anti Theft Berbasis Fingerprint Pada Simulator Di Workshop Otomotif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan UPI: Bandung. Adanya kemajuan teknologi berbasis biometric memberikan tantangan kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebagai calon pendidik dimasa mendatang diharapkan mampu memahami kemajuan teknologi yang ada, yaitu teknologi berbasis biometric dengan tujuan mahasiswa bisa memperbaiki maupun mentransfer ilmu dari teknologi tersebut kepada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran multimedia anti theft berbasis fingerprint pada simulator di Workshop Otomotif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran multimedia anti theft berbasis fingerprint pada simulator di Workshop Otomotif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan deskripif kuantitatif, peneliti mengadopsi langkah-langkah penelitian dengan model Planning, Production, dan Evaluation atau (PPE). Partisipan pada penelitian terdiri dari: dosen mata kuliah sistem kelistrikan otomotif dan validator yaitu: tiga orang ahli materi, dan dua orang ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan dibuat menggunakan software Adobe After Effect CC 2019, Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022 , Arduino-ide_2.0.0 , OBS Studio 27.2.4 , Eagel Autodesk 9.6.2, handbrake, dan Google Drive. Pada pembuatan wiring diagram anti theft berbasis fingerprint ini menggunakan software eagel auto desk 9.6.2. Hasil validasi ahli materi dengan presentase adalah 92,1% multimedia sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi ahli media dengan presentase 87,2% menunjukkan bahwa multimedia sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The existence of advances in biometric-based technology poses a challenge to students of Automotive Engineering Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia as future educators who are expected to be able to understand existing technological advances, namely biometric-based technology with the aim that students can improve or transfer knowledge from the technology to students. The objectives of this study are: 1) To develop fingerprint-based anti-theft multimedia learning media on simulators at the Automotive Workshop, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. 2) To determine the feasibility of fingerprint-based anti-theft multimedia learning media on the simulator at the Automotive Workshop, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, the researcher adopts research steps with the Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE) model. Participants in the study consisted of: lecturers of automotive electrical system courses and validators, namely: three material experts, and two media experts. The results showed that the multimedia developed was made using Adobe After Effect CC 2019 software, Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022. Arduino-ide_2.0.0, OBS Studio 27.2.4, Eagel Autodesk 9.6.2, handbrake, and Google Drive. In making this fingerprint based anti-theft wiring diagram using the Eagle Auto Desk 9.6.2 software. The results of material expert validation with a percentage of 92.1% multimedia are very suitable for use in the learning process. The results of media expert validation with a percentage of 87.2% indicate that multimedia is very feasible to use in the learning process.
