Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ialah siswa kelas XI SMA dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri atas instrumen kemandirian belajar atau Self Regulated Learning (SRL) dalam bentuk angket dan instrumen tes penguasaan konsep siswa berbentuk pilihan ganda. Penerapan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dilakukan selama dua pertemuan. Pre-test diberikan kepada kelas eksperimen sebelum pembelajaran dimulai sementara post-test diberikan saat pertemuan terakhir. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kemandirian belajar atau SRL dari 73,2 menjadi 79,6 dengan capaian N-Gain kategori rendah sebesar 0,2. Indikator SRL yang mengalami peningkatan dengan capaian N-Gain dalam kategori sedang ialah Manajamen Waktu. Indikator SRL lainnya seperti Tujuan, Strategi Tugas, Penataan Lingkungan, Bantuan Mencari Informasi, dan Evaluasi diri memperoleh capaian N-Gain dalam kategori rendah. Penguasaan konsep siswa dalam materi sistem pertahanan tubuh mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 51,3 menjadi 75,3 dengan capaian N-Gain kategori sedang sebesar 0,45. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan mampu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan penguasaan konsep siswa dalam materi sistem pertahanan tubuh dengan capaian kategori N-Gain rendah dan sedang meskipun mengalami peningkatan dalam skala yang tidak besar. The research method used is pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design research design. The research sample was a eleven grade high school student with a total of 30 students. The instruments used consist of self-regulated learning (SRL) instruments in the form of questionnaires and student concept mastery test instruments in the form of multiple choices. The application of the Flipped Classroom learning model was carried out during two meetings. Pre-tests are given to the experimental class before learning begins while post-tests are given at the last meeting. The results of the study conducted, there was an increase in the average value of learning independence ability or SRL from 73.2 to 79.6 with a low category N-Gain achievement of 0.2. The SRL indicator that has increased with the achievement of N-Gain in the medium category is Time Management. Other SRL indicators such as Goals, Task Strategies, Environmental Structuring, Information Retrieval Assistance, and Self-evaluation obtained N-Gain achievements in the low category. Students' mastery of concepts in the body defense system material increased the average score from 51.3 to 75.3 with the achievement of the moderate category N-Gain of 0.45. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom learning model has an insignificant influence on being able to increase learning independence and mastery of student concepts in body defense system materials with low and moderate N-Gain category achievements despite an increase on a not large scale.
