Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat resiliensi akademik peserta didik sehingga perlu upaya untuk mengembangkannya melalui pemberian layanan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji efikasi program konseling kelompok SFBC dalam mengembangkan resiliensi akademik peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R & D). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 9 orang peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala resiliensi akademik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji Mann Whitney dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) tingkat resiliensi akademik peserta didik secara umum berada dalam kategori sedang; 2) program konseling kelompok SFBC untuk mengembangkan resiliensi akademik telah tersusun; 3) konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan SFBC berefikasi dalam mengembangkan resiliensi akademik peserta didik. Implikasi hasil penelitian bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menggunakan konseling kelompok SFBC dalam pengembangan resiliensi akademik peserta didik. Kata kunci: resiliensi akademik, SFBC, peserta didik. This research is driven by the low level of students’ academic resilience. Thus, it is needed to be improved through provisioning counseling services. The purpose of this research to test the efficacy of SFBC group counseling in developing students' academic resilience. The research used development & research (R & D). The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample are 9 students. This research used an academic resilience scale for data collection and used descriptive analysis, Mann Whitney test and N-Gain test for data analysis. The results showed that: 1) the level of students’ academic resilience was in the medium category generally; 2) the SFBC group counseling program to develop academic resilience has been structured; 3) group counseling with the SFBC approach is effective in developing students' academic resilience. The results imply that guidance and counseling teachers are able to use SFBC group counseling in developing students' academic resilience. Keywords: academic resilience, SFBC, students.
