Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai permasalahan yang mempengaruhi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah di sekolah dasar. Salah satu faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah adalah siswa kurang memahami konsep perkalian dan penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran yang kurang membangun minat siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran materi perkalian bilangan cacah, sehingga perlu hadir solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Saintifik berbasis (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa materi perkalian bilangan cacah di sekolah dasar sebelum dan setelah menggunakan pendekatan Saintifik berbasis (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge serta pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi perkalian bilangan cacah siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimen dengan one-grup pretest-posttest design. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa kelas III SD. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes subjektif berupa uraian singkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) Pendekatan Saintifik berbasis (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah; 2) Hasil belajar siswa pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah mengalami peningkatan dengan menerapkan Pendekatan Saintifik berbasis (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. ----- This research is motivated by various problems that affect the low learning outcomes of students on the material of multiplication of whole numbers in elementary schools. One of the factors that are thought to affect the low learning outcomes of students on whole number multiplication of material is that students do not understand the concept of multiplication and the use of learning approaches that do not build students' interest in implementing whole number multiplication material learning; therefore it is necessary to present a solution to this problem. One solution is to use a scientific approach based on (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes of whole number multiplication material in elementary school before and after using the scientific approach based on (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and its effect on student learning outcomes of whole number multiplication material for third-grade elementary school students. This research is a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects used in this study were 20 third-grade elementary school students. The data collection method used is a subjective test in the form of a brief description. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded: 1) Scientific approach based on (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge has an influence on student learning outcomes in elementary schools on whole number multiplication material; 2) Student learning outcomes on whole number multiplication material have increased by applying a Scientific Approach based on (TPACK) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge.
