Abstract

ABSTRAK Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mengembangkan Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini Di Tk Khalifah 2 Serang Ai Nurlaela Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Kampus Serang Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kemandirian merupakan kemampuan penting dalam perkembangan anak dan perlu dilatih sejak dini agar dapat memahami kebutuhan dirinya dalam hal yang sederhana sehingga bisa mengurus dirinya sendiri. TK Khalifah 2 Serang menyadari pentngnya peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kemandirian anak karena itu TK Khalifah 2 Seraangmenyelenggarakan program edukasi yang bertujuan menguatkan peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kemamdirian anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaji: (1) bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam upaya pengembangan kemadirian anak usia dini. (2) program edukasi orang tua yang diterapkan di TK Khalifah 2 Serang terkait upaya pengembangan kemandirian anak usia dini.( 3) peran orang tua dalam mengembangan kemandirian anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Khalifah 2 Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah, guru dan 5 orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat bentuk-bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam upaya pengembangan kemandirian anak usia dini, terdapat program edukasi bagi orang tua untuk mengembangkan kemandirian anak usia dini, program tersebut dilaksanakan setiap tahun pada bulan Juni, Agustus, Desember dan bulan Februari, peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kemandirian anak usia dini yaitu sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, trainer dan partner. Penelitian rekomendasikan bagi pendidik dan orang tua. Kata Kunci : Kemandirian, Upaya Pengembangan ABSTRACT The Role of Parents in Developing Independence in Early Childhood in Kindergarten Khalifah 2 Serang Ai Nurlaela Early Childhood Education Teacher Education, Serang Campus Indonesian education university Independence is an important ability in children's development and needs to be trained from an early age so that they can understand their needs in simple terms so they can take care of themselves. TK Khalifah 2 Serang realizes the importance of the role of parents in developing children's independence. Therefore, TK Khalifah 2 Serang organizes an educational program that aims to strengthen the role of parents in developing the independence of early childhood. This study aims to examine: (1) the form of parental involvement in efforts to develop early childhood independence. (2) parental education program implemented in TK Khalifah 2 Serang related to efforts to develop self-reliance in early childhood. (3) the role of parents in developing self-reliance in early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research was conducted in TK Khalifah 2 Serang. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and questionnaires. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers and 5 parents. The results showed that there are forms of parental involvement in efforts to develop independence of early childhood, there is an educational program for parents to develop independence of early childhood, the program is carried out every year in June, August, December and February, the role of parents parents in developing the independence of early childhood, namely as facilitators, mentors, trainers and partners.
