Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama bagi setiap manusia, baik dalam proses pembimbingan maupun pembelajaran. Pendidikan karakter perlu ditanamkan sejak usia dini untuk membangun karakter anak bangsa yang berkualitas serta memiliki akhlak mulia, sebagaimana yang tertera dalam undang-undang nomor. 20 tahun 2003 pasal 3. Salah satu cara mengenalkan nilai karakter pada anak usia dini dapat melalui film animasi yang mengandung nilai pendidikan karakter, seperti film animasi Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggambaran karakter tokoh, nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada film animasi Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma yang kemudian nilai-nilai karakter tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan ajar untuk anak usia dini. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah film animasi Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma, menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan observasi terhadap adegan dan dialog dalam film. Setelah melakukan analisis pada film, peneliti menemukan 11 nilai karakter yang terdapat pada film animasi Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma diantaranya nilai karakter kejujuran, disiplin, toleransi dan cinta damai, percaya diri, mandiri, kreatif, tolong menolong, kerjasama, dan gotong royong,hormat dan sopan santun, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, kepemimpinan dan keadilan dan rendah hati. Dari hasil data temuan, peneliti membuat bahan ajar berupa handtout yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran anak usia dini. Kata kunci: Nilai karakter, bahan ajar, anak usia dini ABSTRACT Education is one of the main needs for every human being, both in the process of mentoring and learning. Character education needs to be instilled from an early age to build quality character of the nation's children and have noble character, as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 article 3. One way to introduce character values to early childhood can be through animated films that contain character education values, such as the animated film Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma. This study aims to analyze the depiction of the characters, the character values contained in the animated film Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma which then the character values can be used as teaching materials for early childhood. The object of this research is the animated film Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma, using content analysis method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation of scenes and dialogues in the film. After analyzing the film, the researchers found 11 character values contained in the animated film Titus: Mystery Of The Enygma including the character values of honesty, discipline, tolerance and love of peace, self-confidence, independence, creativity, help, cooperation, and mutual cooperation, respect and courtesy, responsibility, hard work, leadership and justice and humility. From the results of the data findings, the researchers made teaching materials in the form of handouts that can be used for early childhood learning.
