Abstract

Pendidikan yang layak untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 pasal 31 ayat 1 serta Undang–Undang No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pembelajaran Nasional. Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak yang mempunyai keunikan tertentu yang membedakan dari anak – anak wajar pada biasanya. Pada penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pembangunan mobile platform sebagai media pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori disleksia. melakukan validasi mobile platform sebagai media pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori disleksia dengan menggunakan fungsionalitas suitability. menganalisis mobile platform sebagai media pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori disleksia dengan menggunakan usability. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan agile methodology dengan menggunakan metode SCRUM untuk pembangunan platform. Pada pembangunan ini menggunakan 3 sprint dengan waktu pengerjaan setiap satu sprint adalah 2 minggu. Hasil dari pengujian fungsionalitas suitability website admin didapatkan nilai 100%, yang mana nilai tersebut dalam interpretasi kelayakan mendapatkan interpretasi sangat layak, untuk hasil dari pengujian fungsional suitability mobile platform didapatkan nilai 100%, yang mana nilai tersebut dalam interpretasi kelayakan mendapatkan interpretasi sangat layak. Dari pengujian usability mendapatkan hasil dengan nilai 82.5 yang mana nilai tersebut dalam kriteria “adjective rating” berada pada tingkat “Excellent”, untuk kriteria “grade scale” berada pada grade “A” dan untuk kriteria “acceptability ranges” berada pada “acceptable”. ----- Decent education for children with special needs has been regulated by the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1 and Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Learning System. Children with special needs are children who have certain uniqueness that distinguishes them from normal children in general. This study examines the development of a mobile platform as a learning medium for children with special needs with the category of dyslexia. validate the mobile platform as a learning medium for children with special needs in the dyslexia category by using the suitability. analyze mobile platform as a learning media for children with special needs with dyslexia category using usability. The type of research that will be used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) and uses agile methodology using the SCRUM method for platform development. This development uses 3 sprints with the processing time of each sprint is 2 weeks. functionality test suitability website admin gets a value of 100%, which value in the feasibility interpretation gets a very feasible interpretation, for the results of the suitability mobile platform got a value of 100%, which is the value in the interpretation of the feasibility of getting a very feasible interpretation test, usability get the results with a value of 82.5, which value is in the "adjective rating” is at the level of “Excellent”, for the criterion of “grade scale” is in grade “A” and for the criteria “acceptability ranges" is in "acceptable".
