Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi menjadi salah satu kompetensi yang harus ditingkatkan dan harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik untuk meningkatkan daya saing di abad ke-21. Maka dari itu pemerintah melalui kemendikbud mengupayakan sebuah program untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi melalui program Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang didasarkan pada survei PISA. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi yang di khususkan pada materi IPA dengan topik pesawat sederhana di sekolah dasar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi pada materi IPA pesawat sederhana dan menguji coba rancangan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Based Research (DBR) yang diadaptasi dari model Revees (2006), yang memiliki empat tahapan, 1) identifikasi dan analisis masalah oleh peneliti dan praktisi dengan cara kolaboratif, 2) mengembangkan prototype solusi yang didasarkan pada patokan teori, design principle yang ada dan inovasi teknologi, 3) melakukan proses berulang untuk menguji dan memperbaiki solusi secara praktis, 4) refleksi untuk menghasilkan design principle serta meningkatkan implementasi dan solusi secara praktis. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan peserta didik kelas V SDN 3 Pengadilan Kota Tasikmalaya. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi pada peserta didik kelas V SDN 3 Pengadilan, pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi berpengaruh pada meningkatnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik, dikarenakan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi di lakukan secara berulang. Karena peserta didik akan menjadi bisa karena telah terbiasa. ABSTRACT Literacy and numeracy skills are competencies that must be improved and must be mastered by students to increase competitiveness in the 21st century. Therefore, the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture seeks a program to improve literacy and numeracy competencies through the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) program based on the PISA survey. This research is a research on the development of literacy and numeracy-based learning that is specialized in science material with the topic of simple planes in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to describe the process of developing literacy and numeracy-based learning on simple machine science material and to test the design of literacy and numeracy-based learning. The method used in this study is Design-Based Research (DBR) adapted from the Revees (2006) model, which has four stages, 1) identification and problem analysis by researchers and practitioners in a collaborative way, 2) developing a prototype solution based on benchmarks. theory, existing design principles, and technological innovations, 3) carrying out an iterative process to test and improve practical solutions, 4) reflection to produce design principles and improve implementation and practical solutions. The participants in this study were classroom teachers and fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Pengadilan Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is interview observation and documentation. Based on the results of the literacy and numeracy-based learning trials for fifth-grade students of SDN 3 Pengadilan, literacy and numeracy-based learning affects increasing students' literacy and numeracy abilities, because literacy and numeracy-based learning is carried out repeatedly. Because students will be able to because they are used to it.
