Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan induktif, penelitian ini dilakukan guna menjawab kebutuhan SMKN 14 Bandung terhadap sistem informasi nilai siswa berbasis web. Sesuai dengan tujuannya, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 14 Bandung serta menghasilkan luaran berupa sebuah sistem informasi nilai siswa berbasis web untuk SMKN 14 Bandung yang dikenal dengan SINO14. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahapan, yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengkodean, Pengujian, serta implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Pada tahapan analisis, dilakukan analisis sistem terhadap dua aspek, yaitu analisis kebutuhan sistem dan analisis kebutuhan perancangan. Setelah analisis dilakukan, penelitian berlanjut ke tahapan desain sistem. Pada tahapan desain sistem ini, dihasilkan beberapa output diantaranya Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Berlanjut ke tahapan pengkodean, penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa PHP dan MySQL sebagai database manager. Pengujian sistem pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validasi sistem oleh user menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan. Diakhiri dengan tahapan implementasi dan pengembangan, penelitian ini diserahkan kepada populasi penelitian yaitu SMKN 14 Bandung dan bersifat terbuka untuk pengembangan penelitian. ------ Implemented using an inductive approach, this research was conducted to answer the needs of SMKN 14 Bandung for a web-based student value information system. In accordance with its objectives, this research was carried out at SMKN 14 Bandung and produced an output in the form of a web-based student value information system for SMKN 14 Bandung, known as SINO14. This research was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which consisted of six stages, namely Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and implementation and maintenance. In the analysis stage, a system analysis is carried out on two aspects, namely system requirements analysis and design requirements analysis. After the analysis is done, the research continues to the system design stage. At the design stage of this system, several outputs are produced including Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. Continuing to the coding stage, this research was designed using PHP and MySQL as the database manager. System testing in this study was conducted by testing the validity of the system by the user using the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are the system is declared valid and feasible to use with usability test scored 100%. Ended with the implementation and development stages, this research was submitted to the research population, namely SMKN 14 Bandung and is open to research development.
