Abstract

Keterampilan menulis puisi diajarkan di sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran tematik ada didalam Permendikbud nomor 24 tahun 2016. Dilihat secara spesifik kompetensi keterampilan yakni kompetensi dasar 4.6 sehingga dari kompetensi dasar tersebut siswa dituntut untuk bisa menulis puisi karya sendiri sebagai bentuk ungkapan diri. Untuk membantu siswa dalam menulis puisi dibutuhkan sebuah media salah satunya menggunakan media diagram pohon. Peneliti menggunakan media diagram pohon sebagai temuan dirasa tepat karena dapat membantu siswa pada tahap perencaan sebelum menulis puisi. Sehingga saat menghasilkan karya puisi siswa dapat sesuai dengan unsur-unsurnya. Dengan mengambil partisipan siswa di kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini bertempat di SD Negeri Kotabaru Kota Tasikmalaya. Pada peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes tulis dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di kelas IV SD Negeri Kotabaru Kota Tasikmalaya. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa hasil analisis puisi tema cita-citaku melalui media diagram pohon di kelas IV SD termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan mendapatkan rata-rata skor akhir sebesar 13,2. Poetry writing skills are taught in elementary schools through thematic learning in permendikbud number 24 of 2016. Specifically, the skill competence is basic competence 4.6 so that from these basic competency’s students are required to be able to write their own poems as a form of self-expression. To help students in writing poetry, a medium is needed, one of which is using the medium of tree diagrams. Researchers used the medium of tree diagrams as findings because they could help students at the planning stage before writing poems. So that when producing poetry works students can correspond to the elements. By taking participants in grade IV elementary schools. This research took place at SD Negeri Kotabaru, Tasikmalaya City. In this research, it uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. With data collection techniques in the form of written tests and documentation. Based on research that has been carried out in grade IV of SD Negeri Kotabaru, Tasikmalaya City. From the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis of poems on the theme of my ideals through the medium of tree diagrams in grade IV elementary school are included in the good category by getting an average final score of 13.2.
