Pendekatan Pendidikan Ideologi Pancasila Dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum MKWU di Perguruan Tinggi (Studi Kasus Pengembangan Kurikulum Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta). Promotor: Prof. Dr.H. Sapriya, M.Ed., Ko Promotor: Dr. H. Dadang Sundawa, M.Pd., Anggota: Dr. H. Rahmat, M.Si. Pancasila menghadapi berbagai macam, ancaman, gangguan, hambatan dan tantangan. Pancasila belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan oleh seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Pendidikan Ideologi Pancasila melalui Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai mata kuliah wajib umum di Perguruan Tinggi merupakan keniscayaan untuk tetap tegak dan tumbuhnya negara Indonesia yang berPancasila, dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini menemukan bagaimana keterkaitan pendidikan ideologi Pancasila dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, muatan materi pendidikan ideologi Pancasila dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Implementasi pendekatan pendidikan ideologi Pancasila dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dan model aplikatif pendidikan ideologi Pancasila dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, serta bagaimana Pendidikan Ideologi Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam menangkal pengaruh negatif ideologi yang tidak sesuai dengan Pancasila. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus (Case Study) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, diskusi, seminar, workshop. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki hubungan integrative interface yakni keduanya itu saling terkait, tidak terpisah sama sekali, memiliki tujuan membentuk warga negara yang berdasarkan Ideologi Pancasila. Pancasila ditempatkan dan dimaknai sebagai entitas inti. 2) Aspek pengetahuan (knowledge) atau wawasan Pancasila sebagai Ideologi bangsa idealnya lebih luas dan mendalam di Perguruan Tinggi, tidak tumpang tindih. Konsep ideologi Pancasila harusnya dipahami, dirumuskan dengan baik dan benar berdasarkan perspektif yang benar dan kontekstual. Materi relasi negara dan agama lebih maksimal dikuatkan untuk lebih meyakinkan Pancasila sebagai ideologi yang paling sesuai. 3) Proses Pendidikan ideologi Pancasila melibatkan dimensi ideologis yakni dimensi keyakinan (mitos), pengetahuan atau penalaran (logos), sikap dan dimensi tindakan (aksiologi). Pendekatan yang dilakukan tidak sekedar legalistik, formalistik namun multi pendekatan, yakni pendekatan berpusat pada mahasiswa (student center approach), pendekatan ilmiah (scientific approach), pendekatan kontekstual, pendekatan pendidikan nilai. Indoktrinasi secara kekinian dengan menggunakan pendekatan budaya, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, responsive dan atraktif. 4) Model aplikatif yang dilakukan untuk penguatan pendidikan ideologi Pancasila seperti Case Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Service Learning, Debat Isu Kontroversial, Apreciative Inquiry, dan e-learning. 5) Strategi pencegahan (soft power) dengan melakukan kontra radikalisasi terhadap ideologi yang bertentangan dengan Pancasila melalui perkuliahan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaran. Penanaman pemahaman yang mendalam dan luas terhadap Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa, Undang-Undang Dasar Negara RI Tahun 1945, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI), dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, melalui berbagai strategi dan model pembelajaran yang relevan. The majority of Indonesians have not fully implemented Pancasila. Pancasila Ideology Education is an effort to uphold and grow Pancasila in the hearts of Indonesians through Pancasila Education and Civic Education courses as general required courses in Higher Education using a relevant approach. The purpose of this study is to find out how the relationship between Pancasila ideology education and Pancasila education and Citizenship Education courses, content of Pancasila ideology education material in Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education courses, Implementation of the Pancasila ideology education approach in courses Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education, Applicative model of Pancasila ideology education in Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education courses, as well as how Pancasila Ideology Education and Citizenship Education in counteracting the negative influence of ideology that is not in accordance with Pancasila. This study used a qualitative approach with a Case Study method and was carried out at Jakarta State University. Documentation studies, interviews, observations, discussions, seminars, and workshops were used to collect data. While analyzing the data, qualitative data analysis techniques were used. According to the findings, Pancasila Education and Civic Education have an integrative interface relationship. They are interrelated, not separated at all, and aim to form citizens based on Pancasila ideology. Pancasila is positioned and interpreted as a central figure. Another finding is that 2) In Higher Education, aspects of knowledge or insight into Pancasila as the nation's ideology are ideally wider and deeper rather than overlapping. Pancasila ideology should be properly and correctly formulated based on the correct and contextual perspective. The material on the relationship between state and religion is thought to have been underutilized to persuade Pancasila that it is the most appropriate ideology. The next finding is 3) The Pancasila ideology education process includes four ideological dimensions: belief (myth), knowledge or reasoning (logos), attitudes, and dimensions of action (axiology). The approach taken is not just legalistic, formalistic but multi-approach, namely a student-centered approach (student center approach), scientific approach (scientific approach), contextual approach, and values education approach. Indoctrination is carried out through a cultural approach using responsive and appealing information technology. Another finding is 4) Applicative models are used to strengthen Pancasila ideology education, including Case-based Learning, Project-based Learning, Service Learning, Controversial Issues Debate, Appreciative Inquiry, and e-learning. The following finding is that 5) Prevention strategies (soft power) are carried out by counter-radicalizing ideologies that are anti-Pancasila through Pancasila Education and Civic Education lectures. Instilling a deep and broad understanding of Pancasila as the nation's ideology, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, through various strategies and relevant learning models.
