Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran yaitu game based learning untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran sistem gerak manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE sebagai langkah acuan dalam proses pengembangan game based learning serta menggunakan media Unity Engine sebagai aplikasi penunjang dalam proses pengembangan game based learning. Tidak hanya itu, data penilaian berupa tahapan dalam mengembangkan media game based learning, validasi ahli dan respon siswa terhadap game based learning yang dikembangkan. Faktor-faktor yang dinilai penting untuk proses pengembangan game based learning yaitu penentuan tema konten, penentuan materi, aspek kecocokan materi dengan desain game, pemilihan engine game, pemetaan alur game, implementasi seluruh aset, hingga pengujian fitur-fitur yang terdapat didalam game. Penilaian dosen ahli menunjukan rata-rata 93,75% yang menunjukan pengembangan game based learning harus memperhatikan banyak aspek mulai dari faktor penentuan tema konten, penentuan materi, aspek kecocokan materi dengan desain game, pemilihan engine game, pemetaan alur game, implementasi seluruh aset, hingga pengujian fitur-fitur yang terdapat didalam game. Penilaian angket kuesioner responden siswa pun menunjukan hasil positif pada game based learning yang dikembangkan. This study aims to describe the development of learning media, namely game based learning to facilitate learning of the human movement system. This study uses the ADDIE method as a reference step in the game-based learning development process and uses the Unity Engine media as a supporting application in the game-based learning development process. Not only that, the assessment data is in the form of stages in developing game-based learning media, expert validation and student responses to the developed game-based learning. The factors that are considered important for the game-based learning development process are determining content themes, determining materials, aspects of the suitability of the material with game design, selecting game engines, mapping game flow, implementing all assets, to testing the features contained in the game. The assessment of expert lecturers shows an average of 93.75% which shows that game based learning development must pay attention to many aspects ranging from determining the theme of content, determining material, aspects of material compatibility with game design, selection of game engines, mapping game flow, implementation of all assets, to testing the features contained in the game. The questionnaire assessment of student respondents also showed positive results in the game based learning developed.
