Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kondisi pembinaan dan pengembangan yang ada pada ABTI Kota Bandung dalam meraih prestasi dan juga untuk mengetahui upaya ABTI Kota Bandung mempertahankan prestasi dalam keadaan transisi masa pandemik seperti sekarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan instrumen Sport Policy Factors Leading to International Sporting Success (SPLISS). Sampel penelitian adalah 7 pengurus ABTI Kota Bandung, 5 pelatih dan 15 atlet. Hasil penelitian Kondisi pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga Bolatangan di ABTI Kota Bandung adalah dengan rata-rata 63% untuk pilar 1 yaitu dukungan keuangan, 73% untuk pilar 2 yaitu tata kelola dan organisasi, 69% untuk pilar 3 yaitu partisipasi olahraga, 73% untuk pilar 4 yaitu identifikasi bakat, 72% untuk pilar 5 yaitu dukungan pasca karir, 69% untuk pilar 6 yaitu fasilitas latihan, 79% untuk pilar 7 yaitu pengembangan pelatih, 80% untuk pilar 8 yaitu kompetisi nasional dan yang terakhir 73% untuk pilar 9 yaitu inovasi ilmiah. Dilihat dari hasil tersebut upaya yang dilakukan ABTI Kota Bandung adalah terus membangun olahraga dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM, menempatkan perbaikan mutu olahraga dan mendesak dilakukan agar pelaku-pelaku dalam program pembinaan dan pengembangan Bolatangan secara umum adalah insan-insan yang dapat diandalkan baik secara intelektual maupun fisikal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan titik acuan yang tepat untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mengidentifikasi eksistensi dari ABTI Kota Bandung dan olahraga Bolatangan. Tujuan lainnya adalah merekomendasikan kepada Pemerintah Daerah untuk memperkuat pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga yang berkelanjutan disetiap daerah. This research was conducted to determine the conditions of coaching and development that exist in Bandung City ABTI in achieving achievements and also to find out the efforts of Bandung City ABTI to maintain achievements in the transitional state of the pandemic period as it is now. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using the Sport Policy Factors Leading to International Sporting Success (SPLISS) instrument. The research sample was 7 ABTI administrators in Bandung City, 5 coaches and 15 athletes. The results of the study The condition of coaching and development of Bolatangan sports at ABTI Bandung City is with an average of 63% for pillar 1, namely financial support, 73% for pillar 2, namely governance and organization, 69% for pillar 3, namely sports participation, 73% for pillar 4 which is talent identification, 72% for pillar 5 which is post-career support, 69% for pillar 6 which is training facilities, 79% for pillar 7 which is coach development, 80% for pillar 8 which is national competition and the last 73% for pillar 9 which is scientific innovation. Judging from these results, the efforts made by the Bandung City ABTI are to continue to build sports and improve the quality of human resources, place improvements in the quality of sports and urge to do so that the actors in the Bolatangan coaching and development program in general are reliable people both intellectually and physically. . Overall, this study provides an appropriate reference point for further research by identifying the existence of the Bandung City ABTI and Bolatangan sport. Another objective is to recommend to local governments to strengthen sustainable sports development and development in each region.
